It was super easy to use and to integrate to my workflows. I loved how easy is to get going with the MCP and how Allo data gets synced automatically to my CRM.
We switched to Allo after juggling a regular mobile line and a mess of missed calls. Setup took about ten minutes and we were taking business calls the same afternoon.
The thing that won me over is the AI handling calls when we can't pick up. It actually understands what the caller wants instead of just dumping a voicemail, and we get a clean summary so nothing slips through.
Call quality has been solid and the app is easy enough that nobody on the team needed training. When I had a question about routing, support got back to me quickly and actually fixed it rather than sending me in circles.
I started using it for the accesible price, and I was surprised by how good the product is. It checks all the boxes of what I needed for the team.
Also I read reviews about support and I was a bit concerned, but the 3 times I needed help (setting account and solving an issue) they were super responsive and helpful.
I totally recommend Allo!
The business plan is very affordable and has a lot of features. I have all the calls in my CRM and I can call directly from there, so I have all I need! And the product is constantly improving which is nice. Support is also very reactive!
I use Allo for my small startup (we're three at the moment).
Before using it, I was using my personal phone, and it wasn't great (especially the note-taking part of the process).
Since I've set up Allo, my calls are automatically recorded (including my cold calls), and everything flows to Attio (my CRM). It saves me 3 hours/week.
It looks like the product is evolving fast as well, which I like.
It's a phone system that works how it's supposed to, which sounds like a low bar until you've dealt with the alternatives. But what really sets Allo apart is the support. Response times are fast, and the founders themselves jump in when needed. That level of care shows in the product too. My feature requests didn't disappear into a void, they actually got build. KEEP IT UP!!!

Do not use this company after cancelling my contract with them they continue to take out money and will not refund or respond, do not use for any service.

After trying multiple highly recommended services over nearly two years, Allo has been a complete game changer for our design/print business. We tested it with a temporary number and ended up porting our main business line over before the trial even ended.
Calls are automatically recorded, transcribed, summarized, and logged directly into HubSpot, along with all SMS conversations. There’s virtually zero admin work, and the AI-powered follow-ups and suggested next steps save an incredible amount of time.
The product keeps getting better with frequent updates, and the overall experience has been rock solid. I run a design and marketing business and fully plan to recommend Allo to clients and peers. It’s rare to find a tool that delivers this much value this quickly.
This fraudulent company completely ignores its customers and provides no real support. Once they take your money, they stop responding to emails, phone calls, or messages. Their so-called “support team” either doesn’t exist or deliberately avoids helping customers. Even when you try to reach out multiple times, they never reply or give meaningless, automated responses that don’t solve anything. It’s clear they are only interested in taking payments, not in delivering products or services or supporting customers afterward.
