My experience with WizeHire was very pleasant from beginning to end. My account manager, Erica, was awesome and walked me step by step through the site, which is super user friendly. She also checks in with me often. The coaches are always sending tips and readily available to answer any questions throughout the hiring process. The site is very user friendly and the tools that WizeHire uses to filter candidates is awesome.

As a small business, we historically used Indeed to post job ads. I am so glad I found Wizehire! The platform allowed us to easily create and update a job ad and organize all the resumes in one place. We found creative ways to use tags and messaging qualified applicants. This company creates multiple posts across platforms. This means if you apply through a platform that has a question and wizehire is managing it- it takes days for them to submit your application losing out on jobs is common because of this delay. if I could give it -10 stars I would.
