I've certainly gotten a lot of applications for my positions using Wizehire, and the ads they have you start with are pretty on target. The DISC+ profile is super helpful in the hiring process as well. Daily updates they provide are helpful, and there is guidance available for re-doing ads that are stale. Overall, I'm happy with my investment in Wizehire...now if I could only find people that want to work! ';)

Wizehire helps weed out candidates which saves me valuable time by showing how well they match up with our current job postings. Staff is very helpful and delivers high quality candidates for our job posting that they handle. WizeHire program grades the candidates by requiring them to take online personality test to see if they are a good fit for our company. We are then notified of candidate applying for position by email with a link to login to there program. WizeHire is constantly updating its technology to stay ahead of the changes in technology.
