I chose an 8ft x 6ft potting shed that was reduced to clear at the Sandy Flatts Lane site in Middlesbrough. It only needed a coat of paint to spruce it up. The receptionist said delivery would be 1-3 weeks. 8 days later I got a call and said delivery would be on Friday morning. So 10 days after buying, two very competent workers rebuilt the shed exactly where I wanted. One had also ensured that the two cracked glass panes were replaced before delivering. Cannot fault this transaction at all. Will be buying a greenhouse from them very soon. A great experience with this company and staff.

Have had a summerhouse and shed supplied and assembled by Woodcraft. From order ( at Dobbies BIrtley ) to supply and fit, the process has been seamless. On both occasions, the fitting teams were first class and did a great job with a quality product.

Terrible place of work they treat staff like dirt on a shoe, there is no benefits working here you are given the bare minimum they can get away with and not paid in full when you leave.

Ordered from their outlet at Dobbies. Pleasant helpful staff. Changed our mind a day or two later. No problem. Order amended easily. Told it was a 10 to 12 week delivery timescale. Again no problem. Very competitive price. After 9 weeks we rang to find out how things were progressing and that’s why I have only given 4 stars instead of 5. We had a real problem trying to get the Hartlepool office lady to communicate with us. Promised on three separate occasions to ring us back but didn’t. We even visited the site and spoke to her directly but still didn’t get any information (the workshop manager was unavailable, the fitter working on our unit was on holiday). Finally I took to social media and that seemed to trigger a response. After that we got phone calls and the info we wanted. We ordered on March 25th and our Garden Room plus base was delivered and erected on June 21st. Having said all that I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. The workmanship is good and the erecting team were excellent. Arrived when they said and got stuck in. All done in just over 3 hours. Very happy with the result. Follow up phone call from the Hartlepool as a courtesy call was also good and appreciated. So don’t worry. Get your order in and you will not be disappointed.

A great service all round - visiting the workshop and seeing the high quality products - being able to personalise and customise our summer house without any fuss - delivery exactly when promised and an incredibly efficient build ~ more than that was we now have a beautiful place to sit in and look at at the end of the garden - so much so we are going back to get a shed !

We needed a shed ASAP. We could have ordered one off line, but prefer to see before we buy. We didn't realise that the lead time is 6-8 weeks from the majority of manufacturers. I went to Woodcraft and explained my predicament to the lady in the office. She was really helpful. I was able to purchase an ex display model. We are delighted with it. The quality is amazing.

Woodcraft supplied a new garden shed. Choice was huge, sales assistant was very knoweledegable and pricing reasonable. Manufacture & delivery time was quick, just over 2 weeks. The installation team arrived on time and were very efficient and friendly. Overall the service was great, would definitely use them again.

I received excellent customer service from a young man called Matthew. I wasn’t sure what kind of shelter would have suited us best but after speaking with Matthew and explained what it was for and what it needed to do he suggested a smoking shelter, which turned out to be perfect. Great size, excellent quality and looks like it’s built to last. The delivery went really smoothly, didn’t have to lift a finger! All in all a great products with customer service to match! Thank you!
