Slow delivery. If your in a hurry order elsewhere
Don’t order if you need an item quickly.
I needed to fix my car, ordered some tools, I expected delivery Thursday or Friday at the latest so I could work over the weekend.
Two weekends went by before the order arrived.
They sell stock they don’t hold.
Very slow. This caused me problems.
Amazon is the way to go.
This company needs to improve dispatch times.

I'M NOT BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN !
I ordered an item 6 days ago and I've been emailing them for 3 days they haven't replied or delivered the item yet. I'm worried it was a scam and lose my money since I already paid.

Misleading Website and inconsistent message
Called up to ask if the items I wanted to purchase were in stock as I knew the items were obsolete and hard to get. I was told on the phone "the website is updated with live stock every couple of hours, so if it is saying you can order then there is stock".
Placed the order only to have it cancelled and told stock not available due to it being obsolete.

VERY ANNOYED AND DISAPOINTED
very disappointing.
I never seen or dealt with a company as this one.
I have order tools to fix a vehicle I was promised that the part will be delivered today TO THEM, I have been calling from 8.30 in the morning to find out what time the item will be delivered so that I can send a driver over to collect it. 80 miles of expense out of my pocket.
To then be told that they don't have the actual part and it wont be delivered to them until Monday NEARLY AT THE END OF THE DAY leaving me with my vehicle off the road when I could have sought an alternative part.
This has left me out of pocket and extremely annoyed when if communicated properly I could have sorted something else out.
Extremely annoyed and disappointed now and out of pocket due to bad customer service.
The funny thing is even the worse delivery company will give you estimate time of delivery.
And their excuse all day when I was calling to find out what time they will receive the delivery. They saying they don't know what time they will have the received their delivery.

Hello, We enabled the warehouse pick up option in the hope to receive the goods the following day as the supplier usually ships next day. As stated we can't guarantee that this will happen and it's carrier dependent. You had been informed that we will contact you as soon as the goods land with ourselves. We chased up the supplier and had been told there had been a delay with our order and we wouldn't receive it that day. Unfortunately during our phone call informing you of this there was use of foul language towards one of our staff which we don't condone at Workshopping. Much to your disappointment you requested a refund which got processed for you straight away. Regards Sales Team
