World of bottles Avis 

Ordered two types of preserving bottles with corresponding lids. Send one set of bottles wrong, a cork bottle so I have lids for the one orordered and bottles that are no use for what I need. I've tried to contact several times through various means and got no reply. They have no information on the site of how to return items or to request a refund. Emails not answered contact us form not responded to they are a joke! Don't buy from them.

❌ Incredibly frustrating experience – Wrong items sent and zero communication
I ordered a batch of glass bottles from World of Bottles, but when the package arrived, I was instead sent a large quantity of glass moulds.
Mistakes happen, but the customer service since then has been completely non-existent. I have been trying to contact them for the last 12 days to get this sorted out. I have sent several emails, filled out two customer service contact forms and tried calling their phone line multiple times, but nobody answers or responds.
Presumably there is another customer out there with similar problems, having received my glass bottles instead of his glass moulds.
I am now stuck with a shipment of items I didn't order and no way to get the bottles I actually paid for. This company has a great variety of items and if all goes according to plan, I’m sure, lots of satisfied customers, but in the case of an error, they have no customer service. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want reliable service and customer support.

I ordered on 20th of August, it is 31st and still no hearing from the company. I ordered jars to preserve tomatoes so I can't start and some are over rippen already. Do not recommend

Order placed 9th of August still not delivered . Sent them two emails asking about order with no reply!!!!!
