Terrible service
Terrible service! Booked a transfer in Istanbul from the airport to the hotel. Received confirmation the day before that everything was OK, wait for them to come and pick you up. I left the airport, and silence... I am standing in a foreign city in a foreign country, at night! and silence...
No one met us in the arrivals hall.
We went out onto the street, where there were taxi drivers with signs. There was no one with my name on it. There was no sign with the name of the transport company.
I had to wait 40 min. with my spouse and my suitcases and spend 20 eur on roaming to make a call. roaming to call on the phone in the voucher to this company, they do not speak in Russian, and English I know poorly, with an interpreter I understand that type of driver will soon arrive and I need to approach some shop (already absurd), to meet us and sent me an SMS with his name, which is completely different than the voucher, after a while the driver came in a car another class in terrible condition, old, with carpets on the seats, around 90-ies, but also on the Mercedes ... Sorry didn't take photos... by the way, the booking and the voucher said Sprinter was a fresh year!
The driver didn't understand Russian or English (with an interpreter), my request 'does the car have water' was answered in Turkish, and the interpreter offered me to go to a market for water...
Further, the driver was *gone* - he stopped on the highway to wait for about 10 minutes for his friend to pass some parcel, then came back, only drove like and he stopped at the voting hipsters, was ready to give them a lift, but luckily they needed it out of the way probably, then we drove like again and the driver stopped again, and through some translation difficulties I realised that he was asking me to put the sat-nav on my phone, I thought he wanted me to show him the hotel, I plotted a route, but the driver asked for his phone and followed it, then I took my mobile from him and told him to just drive straight ahead, as So I was really surprised and angry that the driver didn't know how to get to the hotel and asked me to put him on the sat-nav !!!
We ended up being more and more late the whole time, we had our plans spread out because we were newlyweds, in the end we made it of course and had I not known what our hotel looked like, we would have been wandering for a long time yet...
After a few weeks they sent me a message and it's been over a week, no reply, no compensation, nothing!
Naturally I used another company for a return transfer!
Conclusion- do not advise to use the service this company.
