I am writing beacuse your poor communication with me (the customer) has resulted in my bank account being over drawn. When I placed the order (3/1/17) the arrival date was scheduled for 3/18. There was a $141 deduction on 3/1 for the purchase. When it did not arrive, I called to find out why it wasn't here. The man I spoke to said I was sent an email, which I never received, stating I failed to select a ring size for the man's ring. Which I did select the first time I placed the order. I selected a size 10 with him on the phone. He then stated my order would ship out that day. Because I do not trust this company now, I called back the next day to make sure it was sent out. Which it had not been. No big surprise there.The lady I spoke to this time reassured me the order would be sent out that day. She even gave me the tracking number to keep up with the order. So I wake up this morning and check my bank account and I find it over drawn $100+ where you had charged me AGAIN for the ring purchase. I am mad as hell. The whole experience with this company has been nothing less than unprofessional and pathetic. I will be expecting a phone call for this company Monday morning explaining to me why the hell you would charge me twice for one purchase and why your communications with your customers is less than desirable. There was more than one way to get in touch with me about any issues you may have had with my order. Do you not also have my telephone number?!?!?!??!?!?!? You can bet I will be calling you Monday morning.

I bought a ring for my wife at Christmas. After I paid for next day delivery it arrived a week later. After wearing it only once a diamond fell out so I ret red it right away for repair..... it is now 4 weeks later and it is not repaired, each time I call they tell me it will be finished soon!!!! Everytime!!!!

My order was delayed for 2 weeks, that happens on holidays.
But customer service reacted very fast to my emails, they even called me.
And offered decent discount for inconveniences. Got a ring for the great price.
This was my second time dealing with them and I will use them again.

I submitted an application for credit through world jewels. It was approved however, they failed to forward my EFT info to the credit agency. I contacted them multiple times and received no response. The credit agency HC Credit is no help and says any issues are between world jewels and myself. I would never ever recommend financing anything through world jewels.

I had a design in mind with custom options for the diamond I wanted. Worldjewels worked with me to get the right price and have couple emails I decided to go for it. After 10 days the ring came out amazing. Better then the picture I send them. I appreciate for their time to make this beautiful custom ring. Thank you

This is my second purchase from World jewels and I am completely satisfied once again. My husband just surprised me with a marvelous diamond band for my birthday. (Thank you to the representative that help him out) I'm also in the middle of purchasing a pendant for my mother which I'm sure she will love! I'll be calling you guys soon! Xoxo.

Words cannot express how bad this company is, I have no idea how they are still in business! Go to a real jeweler and save yourself the trouble trust me!

After searching the internet for hours I came across World Jewels, I was a little skeptical about it because I had never bought jewelry online. Let me just say that it was the best decision I could have made! My ring is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Amazing quality for an even more amazing price! Customer service was great! They kept me updated with the process of my ring and shipped it out when they said it would! I will definitely be purchasing from World Jewels in the near future!

I first bought stud earrings and was really reluctant and skeptical. I decided to have them appraised. Appraisal came back just over double what I paid! Therefore, not planning to purchase anywhere else when it comes to diamonds. Have since bought an engagement ring, and just received the wedding band. Perfect, beautiful, and exactly what I ordered. Easy to communicate with them, and updated regularly on the process through all 3 orders. Highly recommend!

Worst online purchase experience ever. Never even received the ring by stated date(or at all)and long drawn out refund process, terrible customer service with all lies and shady business practices. Run far far away!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered a ring from them for my wedding 2 months ago... payed for 3 day express delivery but I still didn't receive it.... customer service ignored my mails... practically impossible to reach them by phone and EVERY week they promised that i would get it in the next 2 business days... lies lies and more lies... now I have 4 days left to get another ring... thanks to these liars (not to say thieves). I think they are a fraud so beware... asked for my money back ... but i'm worried cause their behavior screams fraud.

I went shopping for a diamond engagement ring at the mall in town. I got home told my boyfriend and he said he could find a better one online. And he did! The one I liked at the store was a tw 1 carat diamond and the one he found at World Jewels was 2.5 tw. The center diamond is .75 and it is beautiful! We were cautioned by the local jewelry stores not to buy online because the diamonds are not certified. No, the real reason is because the diamonds online are certified and much less expensive. Once we received the ring, (it took over 3 weeks) we took it to a jewelry store to have it appraised and the appraisal was 3 times more than what we paid for it! We are completely satisfied and would recommend anyone looking to buy a diamond engagement ring and wedding band to buy them from World Jewels.

I purchased a diamond semi mount from this co., saw some of these reviews and became concerned, so I contacted the owner via email. Within 1 day, he called me back to discuss my concerns and made me feel much better. Once I received my ring, it was just stunning, so much sparkle and fire. I had one final question / concern, and again, the owner called me back and took care of everything. I must say that the quality of the product and the excellent customer service impressed me so much, that my next jewelry purchase will be from World Jewels, I highly recommend this co.

My fiance gave me the liberty to pick out my own ring. A friend recommended that I check out World Jewels. After checking out their website, seeing their amazing selection and speaking with their representatives on the phone, I felt very comfortable with ordering through them. During each step of the way, the staff was very helpful and informative. They made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. There's always anxiety when you have to order something online off of a picture however the staff was eager to answer any questions I had and genuinely made an effort to give me the best possible ring within my budget. I Order a $1900 bracelet and I was given an expected delivery time of 2 weeks. Its being 6 weeks now and I still have not got the item. Everytime I speak to an agent, I am told its going to get shipped out 2-3 days in a future (that's what they always say...throw out 2-3 days in the future). They have never been able to tell me why or where its getting stuck. I have also noticed that perhaps the price has gone up since I ordered and that they may be the reason of the delaying tactics. I have asked them point blank and they are refuse to answer that. They also refuse to let me have another item or refund. I am utterly disappointed. Never again. Now I am struggling to get my money or the item. I am not even sure if its a legit company anymore. Please do not order from them.
