There was an issue with the 5th ticket. We were assured that the issue would be resolved, or that we would be met at the stadium. Instead, I had to find my way to a hotel to be given a ticket that was in a different section of the stadium. We paid a lot of money to have this experience as a family, and it was not acceptable for this to happen.

The whole process was smooth. After sales support is great. The sales team answers to all questions promptly, I never waited more than 2min for an answer. I watched Cameroon x Brazil. Thank you, I recommend.

It was the worst experience ever only got my ticket same day of the match which I already forgot about it . So as well couldn’t get my hayya card so i had to purchase another one from somewhere else !!!!

Belgium vs Croatia ticket came 1 month back but my main reason to fly to Doha is to see Argentina vs Poland match. Today is 29th Nov and I am very very anxious whether I will get my ticket or not. Please help me here. I have an early morning flight and want your sellers to provide the ticket ASAP.

Bought 4 tickets 2 days before the match and received the tickets less than 2 hours before the game starts and the category was 2 instead of 1!!
I sent them an email that we don’t need them anymore and we need a refund. They replied back that there was a mistake on the category and they will refund the deference only!!
We didn’t use the tickets!! I asked them again for full amount. I will keep you updated
