terrible company
terrible company.
sent me an email some days after i initiated stating that my policy was now active (1 day before the poilcy was actually active).
to test out the process i filed a claim.
they denied the claim and now require proof of fixing my phone before any further claims can be processed.
what a useless company.

Jeremiah, there is a 30-day waiting period for Accidental Damage coverage, which we are transparent about in the terms and conditions (available to be reviewed prior to purchase online) and prior to purchasing. Prior to purchasing online, there is a required short disclosure you must read and manually check for acknowledgment of this prior to be able to purchase a policy.

It wasn't easy but they did pay my claim.
While I wasn't happy how they initially handle the claim I am giving them an updated score because they reached out and worked with me to get my claim paid.
Below was the original review I posted:
I own 2 insurance policies with this sham of a company for over 3 years. I filed my first claim with them on Dec of 2025 for a cracked screen, which is covered by my policy. They denied it with no explanation as to why.

As also advised via that forum, if you have additional information regarding a specific accidental event that may have caused the damage, we are willing to reassess the claim, please provide that to your adjuster or the claim department.

We have also been able to confirm the original policy documents were emailed at the time of purchase, with confirmed delivery and no bounce or return, and as we likely already advised, they may be in you Other/Spam/Junk folders, depending on your Email settings.
