Everyone is extremely helpful and efficient. WP Tangerine provided the support, security and back up, I was looking for when new to Blogging. The fairly minimal annual fee was worth having.

Quality of the work performed was very good. Began working with Design, and they were patient and professional as we went back and forth trying to find the design and graphics I envisioned. We got there and began the actual programming of the site. They made recommendations on hosting partners and network solutions. We are live only 24 hours to the market, but operationally and functionality have been flawless. The highlight was my account manager, Carl. He responded immediately and worked well with the design and programing teams. He said what he would do and he did what he said. I am a small account, but never felt that way with this team, They worked quickly and effectively from day 1. A few weeks back, I was making some edits on a Saturday. I accidently took my site offline; even though it was a weekend, Support responded to my plea, asked questions and assured me they would fix it. And they did. Whether or not my site succeeds will be determined by whether or not I was correct that the Catholic Pilgrimage market has a need for virtual pilgrimages. They are awesome I have been using them for years. I have never had a problem with the work they do. Even when we had a hacker breach our security they were on it. Have them manage the back end of your website you wont be disappointed. Using them gives me the confidence to work on my business and not worry about my website.
