Terrible company avoid at all costs. They are great when it comes to designing your kitchen but thats where it ends. There fitters if you can call them that are lawful, there after service is a joke and their 5 year guarantee isn't worth the paper that it's written on. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere.

Couldn’t have asked anymore from Stepan and Lewis from Lee Valley Carpentry they worked tirelessly all morning and did a fantastic job on my install. Lewis was able to trim the back of my wardrobes to fit against a wall with some dubious plastering and made it look like it could have been in the showroom, truly saved the day with his skill. Great finish and handover of the products. Would recommend them as fitters so any Wren project.

I cannot comment on the quality of the kitchen yet as it is still being installed, but the experience so far has been extremely disappointing.
1. Delivery Issues: They cannot manage deliveries properly. My fridge is sent to the wrong address despite confirming the correct address via email and receiving their acknowledgment.
2. Customer Service: When you try to resolve issues, expect to wait 90 minutes on the phone before speaking to someone.
3. Sales vs. Aftercare: Their showroom and marketing are impressive, but once the kitchen is sold, you’re on your own. The sales team will simply point you to a brick wall.
4. Design Oversight: We ordered a gloss grey kitchen, but the wine rack was supplied in matt grey. The designer should have flagged this upfront, but instead focused on closing the sale. We trusted them and missed this detail in the contract—who checks every single unit individually? Now we’re left with a £1,000 eyesore in our kitchen.
Overall Impression: Brilliant sales and marketing, but the back-end operations and aftersales support are rotten. My friend warned me about their poor service, and I regret not listening.

Another fantastic project completed with Wren Stevenage Store, my 2nd time working witih Debbie. This time to utilise a new conservatory & to ensure it met all my needs in terms of integrated appliances & storage. Debbie's dedication to customer service is 2nd to none from the 1st meeting right through to completion, I am beyond happy with my completed project. Wren price match appliances also which is a great bonus to any project. There is also fantastic customer service throughout from measuring and delivery.

Absolutely terrible service could not be more disappointed no one rings you back or let’s you know when there coming 7 weeks this company have took to fit my kitchen when they told me 2 weeks no appliances for 5 weeks took 2 weeks booked holiday for the fit and only came 4 times in that 2 weeks so had to take more days off to get it done now it’s been 2 weeks and nobody has turned up as my fitter injured himself which don’t get me wrong he was a very good fitter but schedule shocking Wren have been no help only want to e mail you not talk to you wish I’d spent my money else where as the service I’ve had from wren is terrible customer service to head office couldn’t care less started on the 18th august and still not finished you’ve replied to say you spoke to and it’s resolved you are the biggest liars nobody has contacted me at all your a terrible company and you lie so please don’t put at the bottom of my feedback that it’s sorted because me losing 7 weeks of work because of your poor service will never get sorted will it so until you reply to me you have lied again terrible liars you are

We had a terrible experience with Wren. We purchased a kitchen 5 years ago, and within a year, the materials started chipping. When we first complained, they dismissed it as wear and tear and wouldn't cover it. After five years of visible damage, they finally agreed to replace it but refused to install the new pieces, even though they had previously installed the kitchen. They also claimed they couldn’t match the original color and size, forcing us to compromise.
After 9 to 10 months of discussions and waiting, we received a delivery with missing items, and since we had to choose different materials, the quality was compromised. Customer service was unhelpful, repeatedly stating, “it is not possible.” The second delivery had the wrong size, and we ended up having to pay the installer twice because of Wren's mistakes. I took three days off work for this, and I would never recommend Wren to anyone. Still missing stuff and dealing with chaos.

We had a good experience in the store. The kitchen planner was very helpful and patient. The units arrived as ordered. Unfortunately our experience was then very badly damaged by the shocking after sales service we suffered. Within a handful of weeks of the kitchen being fitted, the doors started to pull away from the cabinets and fall off. This was clearly due to a manufacturing defect. However, Wren customer service refused to send anyone to look, attempted to deny responsibility, tried to blame us and even asserted that it was fair wear and tear! Their response was truly shocking. After almost a year of wrangling with them, commissioning an independent report on the problem and an Ombudsman’s reference, we eventually got them to change their position and pay for repairs to be done. It should not have been necessary for us to go through all of that just to get them to take responsibility for something that was so obviously a defect in the kitchen they supplied. We were going to get some bedroom units from Wren, but after that experience we won’t be using them again.

I ordered my kitchen through Wren after 5 years it all started to delaminate. They replaced it for me paid a bit towards fitting which didn’t cover it. The replacement kitchen is poor quality it stains very easily and already one of the panels is showing damage already my kitchen has very gentle use. I ordered a kitchen for my mum through them a stupid decision. Trying to get an extra Handel for the kitchen which they did not add to the design which looks odd without it has been really difficult. I waited for more than 40 mins to be told I could pay on line for the order after the call. Not the case I had to call the branch to pay. I found a moment in my busy day to call. The customer care at the Stevenage site is dreadful. I called to be told I can’t deal with you now and call back in 10 mins. If you have an issue call head office. Don’t pick up the phone if you’re not going to deal with the customer at the end of the line. I was treated in a very unhelpful in a rude manner by one of the staff on site when I tried to address the extra handel there. Never again dreadful customer service.

What a difference in experience!
I had previously given a 5 star review for the kitchen and fitting that we had from Wren Stevenage in August last year.
Fast forward to March and April this year when we had two bedrooms fitted and what a complete difference in experience.
The design side was still good but the fitting was not. Nick the fitter called us in a week before fitting the first bedroom, which he had known about since January, to say that he didn't want to fit the flooring so we'd have to get someone else to do it; not easy at a weeks notice but we managed this fortunately.
Dates for fitting were moved and then moved back, return visits were cancelled. Everything was a trial for him and 'I'm not getting paid to do this' seemed to be his mantra. The last straw came when he stood in our house and told us face to face that we were nasty people who got self employed people the sack. We had no empathy with self employed people ( I was self employed for 33 years) and we were awful to work with. He called me a liar, I was reduced to tears and we asked him to leave our home.
He had contacted Wren immediately, informing them that we were dreadful customers and he wasn't coming back; this was fine as he was absolutely not welcome in our home.
We finally got everything finished six weeks after installation thanks to Steve the installation manager.
A sad review to write and I've left it a while before writing it. Had we had this fitter and this experience with our kitchen, there is no way we would have returned to Wren for more rooms.

Absolutely awful, not only was the fitting horrendous and we have videos of the way our kitchen was being used to dump tools in and filthy left with dirt and shavings from fitting and chips left in cabinets and drawers from things being thrown in them
No one will come and see the damage or help resolve without photos being sent, shame on you Wrens you have our £20000 and now you don’t care just send someone to come and look and sort out this mess you have left us with

Overall we are happy with our kitchen. The design and fitting are excellent. Unfortunately the wine chiller would not hold a cool temperature (wrens do not make appliances but still under consumers act). One draw had dropped substantially and could not be used (now fixed after multiple bookings). Sadly their claim line rejects claims (and closes any claims) after 7 days if pictures have not been sent, pics have been sent, proof of purchase required with multiple emails sent waiting for replies. Very disappointed as we have spent £14000 on this kitchen and gladly have left adjusted justified feedback as the defect have now been resolved. The claims department are letting the sales and fitting teams down and the good name of wrens. Hope wrens Kitchens head office is taking note!

kitchen on the whole very good however our cooker was not fit for purpose and asked for exchange straight away but after calls to customer service spanning 4 weeks the end result was to point blank refuse to do this even though that is against the consumer law for what ever reason which has ruined my experience and cannot believe how we have being treated also forgot to mention that my wife burnt her self using top oven which has being mentioned as this is our valued reason for a return of oven as we cant use it and it has not being resolved
