Outstanding Support – Even After a Year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We purchased the Order Export extension for our Magento shop from Wyomid a year ago – and we’re still extremely satisfied!

Most recently, we needed some support, and were truly impressed by the exceptional help provided by Paul and Piere. They responded quickly, were incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist us.

It’s rare to receive such dedicated support so long after a purchase – this really sets Wyomid apart from many other providers.

The extension itself works flawlessly and meets all our needs – and the excellent support has made the experience even better.

Highly recommended – 5 stars! We’ll definitely continue to rely on Wyomid in the future.

noreply emails, missing invoices and no correct invoices

Wyonmind always sends order confirmation and their communication with No Reply emails
They forget to send invoices and the invoices do not have European tax correctly stated
If you want to maintain good support and customer relations, never send emails with No Reply, unless the email communication is absolutely perfect and the invoices are sent automatically and cleanly and do not have to be downloaded laboriously in a poorly operated online shop.

Yet another company sacrificing their name for money

Yet another company sacrificing their products to forced subscriptions just to make more money than they already do. At least be honest about it.

Since the recent change to maximum 12 months updates, and the huge initial cost of their extensions, I'm giving up on wyomind.

We'll begin immediate replacement of their modules, this is Magento not Woocommerce, I don't appreciate subscriptions on extensions that are costing 10 times more than WooCommerce equivalent ones. The subscription model isn't justified due to the high initial cost.

If I want a subscription, I just go make a WooCommerce site instead of M2. Stop breaking the ecosystem forcing users to custom code everything.

Wyomind is a super crappy coders. Avoid them.

Wyomind is a super crappy coders if we are speaking about paid modules.
They use unappropriate code style which causes the problem when you have a support directly from magento (top tier cloud plan for example).
Skilled developers struggles with supporting/extending their module because they use obscure to "protect" their code from copying. Are you serious? If you want to protect your code (from even extending) than leave the magento. It's not for you.

On your site you write that you're the french company. But why you do not write that you use cheap and low skilled Pakistan/Indian developers?

You should definitely avoid that company. There a tons of agencies which do their job much better and their code follows magento's standards and best practices.

P. S. Everything described above applies only to their paid modules. Regarding everything else... who knows...

The customer service sucks!

The customer service sucks, we ordered an extension and after the expiry of the support they asking to renew the license to just answers the question related to extension.

We wasn't actually looking for any help, it was simple question if the extension support 'x' functionality or or not.

They denied our request strength away.

We used more than 6 Amasty extension and the support expired years ago but every-time I message them, they always answers in full (defiantly, they do not fix the issue on the staging server) but they always clarify if it's an extension issue or theme issue.

Vergognosa

Vergognosa, le loro estenzioni non fuznionano per nienete, promettono la possibilità di rimborso e poi non ti rispondono nemmeno più ai ticket, anzi ti bannano l'email in modod da non poter aprire più ticket. Oltre all'estensione ho chiesto una personalizzazione che mi è costata più dell'estensione stessa e non ha mai fuznionata, ho aperto contestazione paypal e non hanno fatto cenno d'interesse addirittura hanno convertito in contestazione perchè sanno che paypal non rimborsa servizi vergogna.

Shameful, their extents are not for naenete, promises the possibility of reimbursement and then do not even answer the tickets anymore, rather you banned the email in modod from not being able to open more tickets. In addition to the extension I asked for a customization that cost me more than the extension itself and has never been launched, I opened paypal protest and did not mention even converted into a complaint because they know that paypal does not reimburse services shame.
