I absolutely love my wyze cameras and my subscription with wyze! My doorbell camera failed after only one year and wyze gave me a full store credit in the same amount. Their customer service is awesome and they make it right! I didn't even have my reciept anymore and they still issued me a store credit so I was able to buy a new camera. I have never had any problems with wyze im very pleased with them and will continue to use them.

I have 3 different Wyze cameras. My first one was given to me yrs ago so I got the service cause it offered the first 3 months free. I have now had the service for at least 3 or 4 yrs. I have NVR had any issues ever. I recently called support just because I couldn't figure out how to do something and they told me how to do it in 5 minutes. I love my camera I love my service. And the customer support I got was excellent.

I love my Wyze products! I’ve got cameras, doorbells, lights, and even the air purifier. I rarely run into issues but when I do, support has always been super polite and helpful. Love Wyze!

Everything works reliably, and the app is simple to use. I also appreciate that they continue to improve their products with regular updates. Customer support has been helpful when needed as well.
Overall, Wyze is a great option if you want solid smart home tech without spending a fortune.

I have to keep resetting my settings 1 to 2 times a day. Ridiculous!! Why doesnt it keep the settings? I end up going hours with out recording. Im not going to check my frickeing cameras every 5 minutes. I would not recommend this camera.

I really like their range of affordable cameras for different uses around my home, especially for checking in on pets while out/away. I had to speak with their customer support recently and they were very polite and gave good guidance. I'll often recommend Wyze to friends or family who also share similar comments with me

PLEASE don't make the same mistake that I did. Do not waste your time and money buying Wyze products. I bought several wyze cameras and they stopped working immediately after the warranty ended. The quality of the cameras are garbage. The resolution on the cameras are terrible. It is really difficult to identify people and you can't see the make and model of a vehicle. The cameras are pointless. When I called to talk about my broken cameras I found out after extensive hold times that nobody at the company cares and they do not stand behind their products. No supervisor will call you back after you request one. Please spend your money on a company with quality products that has decent customer service who cares about their customers. Wyze is TERRIBLE.

I’ve been using Wyze products for a while now, and honestly, they’ve become one of those brands I recommend without even thinking about it. Everything just works the way you hope it will which is great for me since I am not very good with tech in general.
My Wyze Cam v4 cameras in particular have been a standout. The video quality is crisp, the night vision is surprisingly good, and they respond quickly when I check in from my phone. It’s the kind of upgrade where you immediately notice the difference. They feel like premium cameras without the premium price tag.
If you’re looking for reliable home security without making your wallet cry, Wyze is an easy choice.

This company ignored several of my emails asking about support for their app...so I decided to return the camera to Amazon and buy a BLINK...BLINK does not ignore their paying customers like WYZE...what a loser company...do not buy their products unless you want to fly by the seat of your pants when you have an issue or complaint...WYZE was a POOR CHOICE.

My garage cam stopped working. I’ve gone through the entire list of recommended fixes from Wyze and spent many hours. With no luck, I turned to online articles on Reddit and tried some of those solutions, and discovered this is a widespread problem with Wyze products. I eventually followed the Wyze suggestion and created a ticket, and was assured I’d get a response from customer service in a day or two. What I got was a response from an AI bot, regurgitating absolutely every troubleshooting “solution” that I had already tried. I’ve come to understand that Wyze is a garbage product, with garbage customer support. Will be glad to never recommend or buy this trash product again.

Had a V3 camera that was not connecting after several years of use. When I contacted customer service (who answered pretty quickly) to troubleshoot the problem and found that it had failed and was out of warranty, they offered a discount code to purchase a new camera for less half price. Exceeded my expectations.

I have 4 of their solar cameras. I bought a 3 pack at first and those have been performing flawlessly. And I've had those 3 since January of 2026 (I'm writing this review on March 20th of 2026) I got a 4th one at the beginning of March. And that one wasn't performing near as well as the other 3. It didn't want to charge and i moved the solar panel and that still didn't help. I went through the entire troubleshooting list they provide then I got ahold of support. They responded quickly and suggested a factory reset (the only step i didn't try because i didn't feel like pulling out the ladder lol) after the factory reset i waited 2 days and the factory reset didn't help. I was communicating via email with support during said time. As of writing this I have a free replacement on the way. Sure it took a few days to resolve but that's not their fault at all. It took some time to see if the factory reset would effect how the camera charged. And I was very satisfied when they offered to send a replacement. I have and will continue to recommend wyze to friends, family, and colleagues. I work as a delivery driver and I will recommend wyze to people i deliver to.

I've been with Wyze for many years and never had a problem with their cameras. I have many, and even my first camera is still working great. Good prices and all I can ask for in a security camera. I also use the vacuum and scale. Why pay more for features you will never use. Recently, the customer service through chat was great and issue solved.

I have sent Wyze over 50 12 second videos over the last year showing how lousy their recognition algorithms are by constantly mistaking cars and lighting changes for people. They have not ONCE responded by text or email to discuss this, even when I have opened multiple tickets with my contact information.
