Most unhygienic Gym ever, also the manager is useless no management skills at all . Half of the treadmills don't work and equipment is always broken .

men's changing room is disgusting can't even wash your hands at times as the taps don't work and no soap, always so-called on order ( Hounslow )

I use the Xercise4Less Stockton North gym, the staff are lovely, they’re friendly and helpful. I was nervous about going for the first time and a member of staff took me round and showed me the equipment, she was kind and settled my mind. There’s plenty of equipment, which is all clean and well maintained. The changing rooms are clean and tidy and there’s enough lockers for everyone to use. They’re supportive when it comes to medical conditions and ensure your safety, by asking questions about what to do if something were to happen and making a note of that on your membership profile.

I visited the gym in hounslow to inquire about the training session the gym instructor was very rude he treated me with disrespect and made me think not to join the gym anymore. I asked his name he pronounced barl. Sat 29 Oct around 5pm.

Excellent classes with amazing teachers!
Really great variety of all types of workouts,something for everyone and lots of choice both day and evening.
Highly recommend.

This people are pathetic. They increased my gym membership fees without even notifying me. I used to pay 14.99 every month and now suddenly i receive a direct debit notification of 19.99. This is ridiculous..

Gym closed for 2 weeks for refurbishments and they wouldn’t offer any discount or refund my months membership despite not being able to access it for more than half of the month. Was told I could access any gym during the time but the closest was 20 miles away while it was closed. Would stay far away as their customer service is horrific and very unhelpful. Not surprised they’re going bankrupt.

Good equipment but if you complain about anything don’t bother because they ignore it. I think because they will be JD soon.

A great gym! The staff are very polite and helpful. There have a wide range of over 40 classes on per week. The classes are great as any one can do them. I wouldn't go any other gym I really do enjoy going. Lots of equipment and very clean.

Poor Gym Fenton Stoke - JD appears to apply "profit over people" mentality. The staff are excellent to outstanding, no complaints there, BUT when JD took over management, suddenly things changed. The air-con is deplorable,,,, apparently it's controlled by head office, i.e. the gym STINKS, and it's too uncomfortable to train (unless you go first thing in the morning when it's cool and no-one's around) otherwise it's stuffy and smelly. The toilets also STINK, with P*SS on the floor, toilet seats, and tissues thrown everywhere. One cannot help but feel bad for the cleaner ,,,,, It's literally awful...... Machines regularly broken for days on end, and now the price is DOUBLE,,,,, i/we have a right to "services as described". Contractually JD do not meet their own T&C's and that's something to consider when joining.

I am trying to cancel my membership with jd gyms and they appear to be ignoring my email This is where I am sending my email to customer servicesif this is incorrect I would be glad of the correct email address

JD gym at rotherham, nice gym & some good classes ,but when you've got a spinning room that the air con keeps packing up in & doesn't seem to be important to get fixed, it's like a sauna god help us when summer is here ,it's pathetic needs sorting out for good, I bet the other gyms don't have this problem

I have been a member since 2017, at start the gym facility at Hounslow branch was excellent and all services provided were great such as classes, PT offers , but etc. however after pandemic everything went downhill, air conditioning is so poor, lots of equipment are out of order, no maintenance and less people around to help. I am considering to move to a different gym

Review keeps getting deleted cause it’s the truth! Cancelling a direct debit cause I no longer want to go to the gym due to the classes not being at best times for me and then they cancel my full months access and refusing to give me money back! I will not be returning in future!!

Visited Jd gym in Parc tawe with a great atmosphere. Izz the instructor of lbt & circuits made it enjoyable with great energy. Can't wait to go back next week!!!

You’ve been charging my 73 year old nan for gym membership for the past 3 years. She was a member of Xercise4Less & when you took over she presumed that her membership would end.

You never contacted her to let her know that you would double her membership fee. She used my email to sign up to Xercise4Less and I’ve had no emails & she never received a call to let her know.

She has never visited your gym but you’ve taken £720 off an elderly woman who was completely unaware that her gym membership was still active, nevermind had doubled in price.

My wife joined the gym and she requested for cancelling her membership but they kept on charging her for 3 months in a row because she was on direct debit and could not cancel it herself.
We had worst experience.
Wouldn’t suggest anyone.

Trying to cancel and keeps saying Captcha verication failed even though it ticked to say correct. Nowhere to contact for advice. Bloody joke

I would rate them ZERO stars if I could. I attended Wigan Gym and after 5 months because I was getting pregnant I felt very sick . Only in hospital with iv treatment and they didn’t want to end my membership. Even though I provided them, all the documents from the hospital and from my midwife. They keep harassing me with emails and threatening me because I’we cancelled my direct debit. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. You are ok only when you subscribe and pay but otherwise if you need to cancel it’s over. They start threatening you!!!!

Too many arrogant members who refuse to wipe down equipment! Staff are afraid to say to certain members because they get accused of being racist. Too many groups of little boys posing and taking selfies you can’t get on equipment at night
