Very little guidance with dosage and terrible customer service
Very little guidance with dosage. My first dose, I accidentally took 10 x the amount that I was suppose to due to being sent a 1 mL syringe and not being able to read the numbers so thought the 70 was 7. I called the help line and was told a nurse would contact me with in 48 hours a d that he hopes I will be ok because it sounds very bad they ended the call.I could NOT get a hold of anyone and did not receive a call back for 2 weeks! Emails were responded to with an automated response everytime. Poison control got me through that one thankfully.
Last month I moved states and my whole prescription changed to a much weaker version. I made an appointment with one of their nurses, who told me what I was getting was the only option through the pharmacy it was compounded at in my state. (California) XMD advertizes many different customizable concoctions of the compounds so I was disappointed to find out that this just isnt the case. Not impressed with over all experience and looking for recommendations for a new company.
