We would just like to thank Y1 furniture for the excellent service we received this week. We got replacement parts less than 24 hours after I 'phoned them. In addition, I emailed a query about dimensions prior to ordering and received a reply within a very short time. We have never had such brilliant service from any other firm and we would not hesitate to recommend this company. It seems like an aside, but the product quality is of an extremely high standard! Once again, thank you so much.

Customer service is excellent. Spoke to Ashley on phone who couldn’t have been more helpful. Needed to return an item and she talked me through the process and arranged collection. Received emails updating me on progress of refund. Refund received within few days. Would definitely use this company again.

Ordered a Stretton cabinet in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day. Really happy with the service and the quality of the product. The only issue was with the instructions which came with it, small and squeezed onto a double-side of A4, and some of it was faded which made it hard to read. Still, I would happily buy from Y1Furniture again.

The size dimensions for the tv unit we ordered were incorrect on the website by 25cm! The colour they sent was also labelled different than ordered and the instructions were unclear and mislabelled in parts. The product also came in 2 boxes which we received over 2 days through error of the company. We do like the unit that we ordered and fortunately it just about fits in the space, but the mislabelled sizes, colour and instructions were really poor.

Lovely little shelving unit, easy to put together

Great service ...took 2 days to arrive ... not so great yodel their delivery option...left outside and boxes damaged and open...but all parts present. Would use again.

Purchased some shelves - received the wrong item, had to wait several days for the right item to be sent - when received very poor quality all scratched - poorly packaged and as a result part of the shelf had broken into two in several places. Now need to wait again for items to be collected.
