The worst property management company

The worst property management company. Need to work on communication, proper formalities including vetting of tenants and also make sure all paperwork and contracts are in order.

2 out of 2 bad Tennant's. Conducted repairs without my approval either.

Need to call/email many many times before they will respond. When the tenants leave they also leave a trail of destruction that is never rectified by yabonza.

Would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing!

Have been extremely helpful through the whole process of applying and getting a house with them. Always calling or emailing me updates when most realestates wouldn’t even bother, and explaining how everything works. Cannot recommend them enough!

Worst experience ever!

Worst communication and experience ever. I am a tenant of a house managed by Yabonza, it is the worse rental agency: I didn't owe them any money but they withdrew $2000 from my account without my permission or any warning leaving my family with - $204. Took 2 weeks to reply my email.

Did a no-show after weeks of trying to set an appointment

took weeks to get an appointment booked with their team after being passed around between various people. when i finally had an appointment confirmed to view a property, they didn't show up! When i called the person who was apparently supposed to meet me at the property he hadn't been advised and had no idea. What a waste of time and a complete embarassment for the property owner.

Terrible experience as tenants

We have had a terrible experience as tenants.
Our lease ends in under a week and we have made multiple attempts to contact them over the phone and email but they never reply. When you call the number they just tell you to leave a name and number and they will 'call back', however days go by and we hear nothing. They have replied to maybe 1 of our 6 emails and were not helpful at all.
They also have been taking extra rental payments out that they shouldn't have. We were paid 2 weeks in advance but they seem to think we are paying on a weekly basis even though we showed them evidence.
Absolutely neglectful property managers. Would give 0 stars if we could.

This company is the worst rental…

This company is the worst rental service company we have dealt with.

We have rented upwards of 20 times and have never had this many issues.

The response from the property managers and the maintenance team is really poor. The online forms and direct debit systems are ridiculous.

"We want you to give us access to your bank account and take out the wrong amount but we will not allow you to make easy payments into their account"

The state of the house was filthy on the entrance.

Kitchen sink leaking, not sprayed for bugs in the last 5 years' filthy bathrooms, spiders and cockroaches.

The only thing the property manager is focused on is getting us to sign up for the direct debit.

We have been paying two weeks in advance and still no receipts of payments

I would love a "no star" rating for this company

EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

EXTREMELY disappointed with the overall service and organisation of this company. Since my tenancy agreement was changed to go through this company I have not been satisfied.
The first rental payment under Yabonza was taken out of both my account and the housemate that had already departed the rental property, and was accused of lying when attempting to have it reimbursed.
They do not provide up-to-date information to their registered tenants such as emails and letting managers, nor do they respond to emails/phone calls in a satisfactory time frame.
We have been waiting for a lease agreement to be finalised for over a month now and have been informed that they have not received the applications as they did not provide us with the correct email address after WE contacted them!
This has left all of the current/new tenants in a difficult position during this pandemic as we cannot apply for Centrelink payments without proof that we are renting!
I do NOT recommend this real estate and if I had the opportunity to leave their services for another real estate I would be!!

Am very new to Yabonza but the…

Am very new to Yabonza but the communication from management has been great. Everything seems to be online now so it will take time to get use to navigating my way - filling in forms, etc. This company appears to be renter friendly which is a great start. 😁

Worst Real-estate agent no Tech experience

Yabonza has been nothing but trouble with taking money out of my account for rent on the correct day as first agreed on they have created more of a problem as a tenant through this real-estate agent I do not recommend renting through this real-estate. They are unresponsive to matters involving damage repairs that need to be fixed on properties continually making promises but delivering nothing there is no way I would rent through this real-estate agent again as it is very hard for them to understand plain English

Great service

Great service. The process of moving my properties over ran smoothly. Communication is easy and its a nice money saver at 3.9%. I also like the updates on the platform. Happy to recommend them.

Very helpful customer service

It is such a relief working with such reliable people. Moving to Sydney was stressful enough, you need to have trust in the people you’re house hunting/renting with. I did have some issues arise, however, I received a reply within 24hrs of submitting an issues report. I would definitely recommend this company, thank you guys so much!

Yabonza simplify managing my investment properties

Yabonza have been managing my properties for some time now. It is great to have one team managing all my properties no matter the location. Since switching my rents have been paid on time, expenses managed and properties inspected, just like you would expect but all with one contact, not the multiple I had previously.
