The woman on the phone was very nice…
The woman on the phone was very nice and clear with her directions on what she needed. At no point did I feel rushed or frustrated with the conversation as it went really well. I made a few calls to a few different lawyers and this by far was the best experience I had in getting any further in what I believe to be my case.

Mica was absolutely great! She was very professional and super nice, im optimistic about my case and I may possibly receive a settlement for the horrible treatment, constant degrading and ridicule, almost terroristic environment I worked through just to make enough money to survive, every day was like War, Mica was so understanding and empathetic, she made the process seamless
