Perfect location, beautiful apartment, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again 😀

Amazing location, nice and cosy apartment. Great wi-fi and TV
But cleanless was very poor, apartment was very dusty, dirty kettle and toaster,
damaged sofa bed.

We stayed at Lucy's Lets. Really beautiful apartment, very deceiving as you pull up to a back row of shops and bins! Decor was lovely, excellent sized rooms, location was excellent. A bonus was the row of shops we were above.....from bakery, fruit shop, Italians, Indians. It was also free parking and the walk into York centre took no time at all. We'll look to book again.

Absolutely stunning apartment everything you need is in there location was fantastic too would definitely come back booking process was straight forward and we even managed to book late checkout on very short notice

Great location, very clean house, nicely decorated. All beds small, third bedroom very cramped, especially if you use both beds, stairs to attic were very steep. Noisy due to central location and next to a bar so not the best if you are staying with a younger family or planning to use all the bedrooms. Pricing equivalent to a hotel and would probably stay in a hotel next time due to sound proofing and better comfort overall.

Spacious accommodation all on one level. Extra toilets and en-suite facilities, comfortable furniture and a spacious kitchen made for an enjoyable stay.

Free parking for two cars .

Arrived at our house and our check in was easy and self explanatory.
The accommodation was excellent, very well presented, all mod cons, and found that everything we required for our stay was here.
Apart from the fact that I had booked an appartment with only one bedroom, needed two rooms my mistake, the owner very kindly sorted my problem very quickly, well done.
We have visited York many times over 25 years staying in both hotels and apartments but I would have no hesitations in booking
Bootham luxury apartments again.

Recently stayed at a property in York which is managed by York boutique lets and I can't praise them highly enough especially Claire who went above and beyond when we had an issue with the lock on the front door. She came to the property and very quickly organised an emergency locksmith - fantastic customer service Claire.

From the moment I first emailed York Boutique to ask if they could accommodate 11 members of my family, the customer service was outstanding. The team behind the scenes went above and beyond, arranging three separate lodges to suit all of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble, and every little detail was taken care of, making the whole booking process so easy.
When we arrived, we were absolutely blown away. The lodges are stunning, with so much attention to detail. The décor, the little touches and all the thoughtful extras really made them feel luxurious and welcoming.
We stayed in Rosewood Lodge with my children, and there was so much to keep them entertained. My youngest was never bored, with the pool table, Connect Four, the arcade machine and all the other games available. My parents, my brother, my older children and my son's girlfriend all came over, and we spent most of our time together eating, laughing and making memories. It was exactly what we had hoped for.
We did have one issue on our first night with some noise from the neighbouring lodge. I messaged the out-of-hours number as the music was quite loud while I was trying to get my son to sleep. The response was excellent. A member of staff came to see us the following day, and the next evening was peaceful, which we really appreciated.
The staff throughout our stay were genuinely friendly, helpful and professional. Even before we arrived, we received a lovely courtesy phone call to make sure we had everything we needed, and the follow-up emails afterwards were another example of the fantastic customer service.
The location is peaceful and perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the amazing facilities. The nearest shop is only about seven minutes away, which was handy for anything we'd forgotten. It would have been lovely to have a few more walks nearby, and my son was a little disappointed that he couldn't go magnet fishing in the lake. However, the gentleman who looks after the grounds took the time to chat with Charlie about the pond, which was such a kind gesture and really meant a lot.
This was definitely a luxury treat for us and isn't something we'd normally be able to afford, but it was worth every penny. For a special occasion, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you to everyone at York Boutique for helping create such wonderful family memories. We can't wait to return when we can!

Cherry Tree Lodge - we absolutely loved it. Some bits to consider though… all 4 pillows were huge & hard. If you can’t sleep with hard pillows (like us), take your own softer ones. The outdoor seating is plastic so in the sun they’re not really suitable as they burn you. Outdoor needs dog proofing, one of our dogs escaped. Having said all this we absolutely loved it. Very premium, very cool, very clean. Would love to go back some time :)

Lovely place to stay and location was excellent. Apartment was good and clean. Sofa cushions could do with being replaced and no instructions for hob. Would definitely book again

Lovely stay at queenwood's house. The team couldn't do enough to make us stay unforgettable. Really helpful , friendly and great communication and a good price. Beautiful houses to choose from. We was lucky enough to stay in queenwood, which had a pool table and beautiful bifold doors. Super close to york races and York. Would highly recommend. Even gave us a later check out to make the weekend last. Great customer service

Midweek 2 night stay within York City Walls. Lovely clean and well resented and comfortable studio apartment. Superb historic location in a large brick building from York's chocolate making history.

Our recent stay at 16 Malt Shovel Court.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, great central location and free parking was a god send,

Lounge very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and smart tv.

Kitchen well equipped with everything you may need, there was tea and coffee available possibly left by a previous guests so we did the the same.

Bedrooms well equipped, with very comfortable beds only point would be could do with more hanging space for clothing.

Bathrooms nice with good water pressure but could do with a shaving mirror in the main bathroom overwise perfect.

Exceptional value for money considering the location and parking, would highly recommend

Wonderful stay at Oakwood lodges, could not fault the place or the service we have received. Booking was easy company responsive to queries and even called prior to our check in to see if we had everything we needed. Wonderful experience

Enjoyed staying in this lovely, spotlessly clean apartment with everything we needed for our short stay in a york.
Just minutes walk into the centre of York,so very convenient
The apartment was quiet and felt safe.
Will definitely be back on our next visit to this lovely city.

Really enjoyed our stay Bootham House. The flat’s in a brilliant location, close enough to everything York has to offer, but far enough out to feel relaxed, especially with the museum park and river just round the corner. It was also very clean, tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

We had a 2 night stay in the mulberry lodge and it was everything and more that we were both hoping for and expecting, all contact with staff members both during the booking process and our stay was exceptional. Even when we had hot tub issues upon the first attempt to use it ( full of foam from previous occupants ) it was dealt with, with the minimum of fuse. If I could score 10 stars I would
