Yorsipp is a specialist pension provider and offers bespoke Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP) and Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS) plans across a wide variety of investment and retirement income solutions. Formed in 2006, and independently owned since 2007, Yorsipp is based in Glasgow and works with clients throughout the UK. As an independent company, Yorsipp has no ties to any fund manager or insurance company, meaning our pension scheme members can choose how their funds are invested from a range of investment opportunities. We recognise that everyone is different and we always tailor our service to meet the individual needs of our members. With a team of almost 30, we are committed to providing a high level of service and technical support to assist with members' ever-changing needs. Many of the Yorsipp team have spent large periods of their careers in both the advisory and customer services sectors and we have put that experience to good use in designing our offering for your clients. That is why we aim to make life simple in all dealings our partners have with us and to give you the ongoing assurance required that your clients are in good hands. This includes the ability to both complete applications digitally and view valuations online, together with a commitment to publishing our monthly operational performance. Put simply, we aim to put ourselves in your shoes and treat you and your clients in exactly the same way as we would like to be treated ourselves. Personal approach: We are real people and want to get to know our members. We do not operate a “call centre” approach meaning you will quickly build a relationship with the team who are administering your client’s pension scheme. Flexibility: Unlike many other firms, we don't mandate panels of professional connections, nor do we charge additional amounts when your clients wish to use their own professional partners, ensuring you and your client are always in control. Independent: As an independent company, we have no ties to any fund manager or insurance company, meaning our pension scheme members can choose how their funds are invested from a range of investment opportunities. Clear and transparent fee schedule: Any good relationship is based on transparency and we take the same approach to our fees – simple, clear, easy to understand and no hidden or time related costs. We do not charge a transaction fee and all charges are on a fixed cost basis, so you that you are always certain of the cost of any investment or retirement option selected. Technical Expertise: The Yorsipp team has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and we have a range of qualifications under our belts. A member of AMPS (the Association of Member-Directed Pension Schemes), our team all work very closely together to provide a cohesive service, ensuring our members' needs always come first. Equal charging structure: All our clients are important to us, irrelevant of their fund size. We do not operate on a fund value or percentage based charging structure meaning that you can always be assured of our complete focus and dedication.

I have been using Yorsipp for over 10 years. During that time I have found them to always be on the end of the phone to help. I don't need to spend hours waiting for the call to be answered. The same with emails always answered within 24 hours.
