Terrible company
My order from 6th june 2025 has not arrived. Ive emailed twice, left 2 msgs on their contacts form and tried to telephone, which rings a couple if times then cuts off.
Awful service, no communication.
Ive given them 48hrs to respond then will get barclays to request my money back.

Haven’t received order which was placed…
Haven’t received order which was placed 04/06/25, after numerous emails and phone calls, I was eventually told there was a delay in my order and the customer service team would have to speak to a manager and would call back, that was days ago, I am on the verge of cancelling my order and requesting a refund.

Great walking frame for the airport.
Bought this walking frame for my mother after our last trip abroad. The one she was using had no foot rests so when I had to push her around keeping her legs up became uncomfortable. This should be brilliant.

Life changing
Life changing, perfect quality and perfect fit for my beautiful daughter who self propels. Her poor little thumbs were calloused. She loves that the thumb is fully protected but her fingers are free.

The company is a scam site
The company is a scam site. I made an order then never received an order confirmation or any communication at all despite me messaging many times. I am disabled and had ordered crutches. Disgusting to rip off people blatantly

Good webb site
It was easy to use the web site. Delivery was sooner than expected. As I am decorating my purchase is still safe in it's packaging but I am confident it will be just as good as I anticipated.
5/6/25 update I have finished the decorating and unpacked the Lifemax high vision led reading light. It is excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Missing order and no refund
UPDATED - refund received
I placed an order for drinking aids for my mother who is extremely sick in March. It is now June and we have no delivery and no refund despite several requests. The last response I received confirmed the items had been dispatched but there is no official dispatch note and no products delivered. This is unnecessary stress and financial burden in an already stressed situation.
