Delay in order being sent out
Ordered a lightweight walking frame to take in the car but waited several weeks and the order didn’t arrive. Tried to make contact by phone but my message wasn’t passed on. I then emailed and received a response to say the frame would be posted out. The product is fine but the delay wasn’t good.

The bean bag under the tray won't attach properly. The Velcro is inadequate. Useless design. Very disappointed.

Issue with order and when i tried to get it fixed i was ignored
Would not buy from them again ,i paid £7 for next day delivery ,i didnt get them next day ,i tried speaking to them regarding it but only to be ignored ,prouduct was as expected but the next day delivery option its possible so dont waste any money picking it

Helpful and quick dispatch/delivery
I made an order with another company for some crutches, and emailed them to request if they could be dispatched ASAP, only to then find out they weren't in stock.
I found the same crutches at Your Essential Shop for the same price, everywhere else was £20/30 more. I called them, ask if they did indeed have them in stock and if same day dispatch was possible. The person on the phone said they'd try their best if I made the order promptly.
I ordered at 14:59 and they were shipped out same day, with me be 1pm the next day.

No customer service available
I bought a rollator from them on 27.8.25. I noticed One brake is faulty after assembly. I emailed them on 30th highlighting the fault and to replace but haven't anything since. I have called them several times with the number on the invoice but the phone is never answered. Am going to ask for a total refund now.
Wouldn't buy from them again.
