Although we have not yet used YourShortlist®'s services directly, we have been impressed by how clearly and professionally they present their solutions. Their website provides a straightforward explanation of their services, making it easy to understand the value they offer and the problems they help businesses solve.

We currently use our own CRM platform, which is the main reason we have not engaged their services at this time. However, based on our experience reviewing their information and approach, they appear knowledgeable, well-organized, and focused on delivering practical solutions for their customers.

We would certainly consider YourShortlist® in the future should our requirements change. We wish the team continued success and growth.

The ultimate idea for choosing the right accounting software!

Finding the right accounting software for our business was overwhelming until I used this service. It allowed us to filter through hundreds of reviews/software to see how it performs in everyday use. It is an invaluable resource for software research.

Good start with leads offered. We opted for an another provider but the site did present options which were helpful.

Callum and colleagues were all helpful and courteous.
We would recomend them to anyone seaching for partner businesses.

We signed up with YSL last summer, paying for credit upfront based on assurances that only qualified leads would be passed to us and only once we had agreed to take them.
Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience.
We have paid for multiple leads, yet in every case there has been no correspondence whatsoever, no response to phone calls, and no replies to emails.
This raises serious concerns about the quality and validation of the leads supplied.

When we raised these issues, we were asked to provide proof of our attempted contact (calls and emails) in order to reclaim credit, which added further administrative burden.
Our account manager then offered to personally validate leads we wanted to engage with, but after this point, we did not receive any further leads at all.

We’ve made repeated efforts to work constructively with YSL and give the service a fair opportunity.
As an SME, we genuinely wanted this to support our growth. Instead, it has resulted in thousands of pounds spent on non-refundable credits with no tangible return.

We fully accept that there are always risks with these lead generation services, but the complete lack of engagement from any lead and the difficulty in resolving issues has made this a very disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, this has turned into an expensive lesson in both time and money.

We closed our account as didn't want to be charged any more fees.
We raised our concerns with Megan 8 months prior and still didn't get any real leads.
We contact each so called lead on multiple occasions and via multiple methods ( phone and Email) and didn't ever have a response from one (not one!)
Having given you 8 months further to resolve, a change of the account manager and to try to get our account to auto annually renew for more fees was never going to work!

As I said we have already wasted enough time and money and gave Megan every opportunity to find us real leads and after almost a year we had zero contact from your so called leads, even Megan couldn't get in contact with any that was put forward to us!!

Had some great support from YourShortlist when looking to gather different information on different technology related projects, always seem to help us have the right conversations with the correct providers, been working alongside Dylan and always seem to have great outcomes.

They understood my requirements and offer me a solution.

Had a great service from YourShortlist and Dylan was an excellent help throughout our research phase helping us have the correct conversations.

The shortlist process was well explained and recommendations were given for a few suppliers to discuss our needs going forward.
These were good and contact was made to discuss details which I couldn't fault.

Always come up with great recommendations which saves you doing all the legwork to finds companies suitable for the project. Saves time and money.

Pleased to say unlike some other providers when i have asked to be put in contact with a specific maximum number of partners for an upcoming project this has been respected and I have not ended up on a mass mailing list. partners found were also a good match for our educational organisation so there was no time wasting. Will be using again for future projects.

strange to start with some one wanting to help you with out having to pay them !!!
but thats what they do understand what your requirements are and then get the right companys to get in touch with you for free.

Helpful, information given relayed back to the prospective supplier giving them the tools to talk to us and understand what we needed.
