Very good experience with my consulatant Jack and the company as a whole so far.
I have found my consultant Jack very approachable, friendly and helpful. Jack and the company as a whole seem very professional, they will chase up documents etc that are required of you, and also chase up outstanding payments without even being asked. I have made changes with regards to payment methods/shifts etc with ease with the help of Jack also.

My experience with the agency has not been good. In March 2025, I was sent to work at an NHS acute mental health hospital (Sherwood Oaks), yet I have not been paid until now despite all my attempts to contact them.
