Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. Passionnate teachers, always there to respond and help you. The way the program is built is amazing. I finish my 200hrs in 6 months and now i'm offering classes to my clientele. I love it!

I did my 200 hour YTT with Your Yoga Flow and it was such a positive experience!
The content was well laid out and easy to navigate. It was very thorough! The teachers were all incredibly supportive and easy to approach. I loved every minute of it!
I’m currently working through my 300hour YTT with them and I’m still loving it. Highly recommend!

Your Yoga Flow is just the best
Your Yoga Flow is just the best. The teachers are so helpful and knowledgeable and it is such a wonderful community for support and questions. I love learning through what they have to offer and I love picking and choosing the online classes with all the wonderful teachers.

I highly recommend this school. I’ve taken two online certifications and they were outstanding. I learned so much, but I also found a community. The commitment that the instructors have is amazing, constantly looking for ways to support students, bring value and live embody the yogic Philosophy

I wondered if on-line Yoga would be for me...
I wondered if on-line Yoga would be for me since I am having such a positive experience with our local in-town Yoga classes. After trying YourYogaFlow 14 day trial period, I realized that Yes, I can enjoy Yoga at home, through the excellent videos and guidance of the instructors. The content and variety allows me to do as much or as little as I need each day. I am never disappointed with YourYogaFlow. It definitely works for me.
