Produtos com qualidade muito baixa, importação barata com bom branding apenas. Serviço de apoio igualmente fraco.

Absolutely terrible experience with Zadok Eyewear.

It has been 11 days since I placed my order and I still have no update whatsoever. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, and customer service appears to be non-existent.

What makes this even more frustrating is that your website clearly states:

“At Zadok Eyewear, we process all orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation.”

It also states estimated delivery times of 3 business days for Europe and 3 business days worldwide via DHL.

If those timelines are completely unrealistic, they should not be advertised. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic information about an order that is already significantly overdue.

At this point, I don’t know where my order is, when it will ship, or whether anyone is even monitoring customer inquiries. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and has destroyed my confidence in this company.

I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from Zadok Eyewear unless they are prepared for long delays and unanswered emails.

Please do not order from them. Never received the glasses I ordered after multiple attempts to contact them after I purchased them! Please do not waste your time.

Exceptional products and outstanding customer service.
This is my second time ordering from Zadok, and once again they exceeded my expectations.
I recently purchased both sunglasses and blue light glasses, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. The designs are stylish, comfortable, and feel premium in every detail.
The blue light glasses have been especially useful during long hours in front of screens.
The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
Communication was excellent throughout the process, with quick responses, clear updates, and a very professional approach.
It’s rare to find a brand that delivers both high-quality products and such attentive customer service.
I highly recommend Zadok to anyone looking for premium eyewear. After two great experiences, I can confidently say they’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Very disappointed with Zadok Eyewear.

I placed my order on March 28th and I am STILL waiting for my sunglasses over a month later. I have sent multiple emails trying to get an update, but all of my contact attempts have been completely ignored.

No proper communication, no clear shipping updates, and no customer service at all. At this point I honestly don’t even know if my order will ever arrive.

I would strongly recommend people to be careful before ordering from this company because my experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Ordered almost 1 month ago 2 pairs of sunglasses and they havent arrived even tho they said 1-3 day shipping.I tried to email them but thwy didnt awsner and i even contacted them on instagram abd they still havent responded even tho i explained the issue and put my confirmation order code.

Ordered but not delivered - my sister ordered their buy one get one deal in December 2025 as a Christmas gift and four months later it has not been delivered. We reached out multiple times on their instagram page and they acted surprised that this happened and told us to trust them that they are handling it, then they stopped replying at all. We left comments under their posts, but they deleted or hid the comments within seconds of posting. Extremely disappointing. Do not recommend ordering from them, especially if you are in the US.

They say delivery is 1-3 days. I waited 1.5 months for delivery and they delivered the glasses after a lot of persuasion because I paid for them when I ordered them and they didn't want to deliver them or refund the money. The glasses were finally delivered but their attitude is very unprofessional.

Horrível. Não respondem. A devolução foi um processo rídiculo de mau e agora não devolvem o dinheiro.

I recently ordered both sunglasses and blue light glasses from Zadok and had a great experience. The quality of both products exceeded my expectations — they’re stylish, comfortable, and feel very well made. The blue light glasses have been especially helpful for screen time.
