Zala Hair Extensions Avis 

DODGY!! I didn't even take the extensions out of the packet and they claimed the seal was broken when I returned them. They wouldn't offer me a refund.

Look at all the recent reviews - all 1 star.

Multiple customers reporting the same experience of Zala claiming the hygiene seal was broken. Thankfully I did a chargeback on my card and got my money back that way.

Update:
Zala responds with the same generic email to each negative review, but they never actually reach out to you to resolve.

THEY STEAL CUSTOMERS MONEY!!
I ordered 3 sets of extensions, kept 1, returned 2 COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED!!
Didn't hear anything about my returns for 2 months!
AFTER EMAILING THEY ARE NOW CLAIMING THE PROTECTIVE SEAL WAS BROKEN!
THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE!
THE HAIR WAS NEVER EVEN TAKEN OUT OF THE SLIP IT CAME IN!!
Pathetic company trying to keep customer's money in their business.
Most disappointing as they would have had a returning customer but won't even give me my money back to do so on my own terms......

I ordered the zala flip in hair extensions last year but these extensions got super tangled after getting wet from the rain once. I was very disappointed so I ordered a new one. I have now worn these five times and although they have not gotten wet, they are also completely tangled and fluff profusely. It feels like rope even though I haven't done anything crazy with it. Such a waste of my money :(

Amazing customer service throughout whole ordering experience. Delivery was so fast and the hair itself is AMAZING quality! The multi tone colours they use really help blend with your hair. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Zala extension clips are way above none !!! Let’s see how long they last. From ordering to delivery I give high standards.

I just received my tape in hair extensions -disappointed in hair quality ,amount and the darn sticker on tape in doesn’t even stick!-ugh and they’re charging $10for return!-horrible !! don’t waste your money!

I have spent around 2000 on extensions through a salon and finally decided to give this a try and I am beyond grateful I did!!!! It’s the same quality of hair and look and I couldn’t be happier!

Not 100% human hair. The extensions are full of plastic strands that I was advised by their customer service “this is simply leftover material from the manufacturing process. This is not a fault or defect and will not affect the wear or performance of the product whatsoever. You should be able to easily remove this from your ZALAs 🙂 ”
The tone of the hair was green when I received it.
The hair is curly which means I need to straighten them every time I wash to match my straight natural hair.
The hair after one wash is frizzy and porous.
Waiting for further response from their customer service. This is unacceptable for the money I paid.

I brought the curly ponytail extension from Zala and l absolutely love it!
Originally l brought the 16 inch but then exchanged for the 22 inch.
The communication regarding the swap was amazing.

Today I received my Zala curly ponytail and clip in extensions and I could not be happier. These extensions are silky smooth and the colours are absolutely perfect. It’s not often that I receive an item in the post that I am 110% over the moon about but that happened today. Thank you so much ZALA!

The customer service team is absolutely amazing. Especially Christa and Monica. Super punctual and understanding in their responses. I am super keen for my extensions! Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Shannon used a concoction of lengths and colours in my hair to give my hair the brightness and seamlessly magic touch I dreamed of.

I wore my Zala Hair Extensions for a whole 10 days after the wedding day, and they didn’t knot or go frizzy during this time- on the contrary to my natural hair.

On the Wedding day they held the curl perfectly and the style lasted well into my honeymoon. Shannon added final touches that meant to world to me- white fluffy feathers from my heavenly chooky ‘Henni’, and feathers attached to locks on my shoulder from my cockatiels who couldn’t be there on our special day. So beyond perfect!!

After ordering a colour they advised with colour matching it was completely out. I know you expect shades to not be exact etc but they didnt look anything like they did online, if they did my hair would have matched nicely, I sent them back the same day they arrived. Anyway, i returned and asked for a different shade. The exchange took ages and when I received the next shade they were horrendous. The hair is so dull. I returned instantly without taking out of the box. I then waited 11 working days for a refund having chased it twice and was told I'd get an email, never actually received any email. Their website says to allow 2-3 business days for the warehouse to process. My first order was 14th Dec, the refund 7th Feb, I sent both sets back the same day I received but Zala took ages to process. The hair itself is super dull and doesn't feel nice at all, its also very hard to tell what they'd be like on when you can't even take the tags off of them, when you spend so much money on something you'd expect to be able to at least fully hold them up to your head for fit as well as colour.

Have never been disappointed with my hair extensions, always so thick and the best quality!

I have been researching clip-in extensions for months and finally ordered mine from Zala Hair Extensions. Prior to my order, I sent a DM on their IG page with a couple of photos to ask for a color recommendation. The Honey Beach Highlights turned out to be a prefect match! Shipping was fast and the packaging is just beautiful. They look so natural. I will definitely be buying from Zala again.

When I heard about zala keratine hair I was excited the videos the reviews seemed so great. Well when I received mine I popped open one button and it was shedding so bad along with I didn’t pull it out all the way and noticed the ends were so choppy not any type of flow to the hair none of it was an even length. I felt so disappointed. I would say only good thing is the texture. I tried uploading pics but they wouldnt uplod

After losing most of my hair to covid these tape in extensions match my colour 100% I feel like me again ,best product ever ,thank You, easy to apply natural and easy to maintain.
