Easy to fill in on line, but the postal service is very slow(7 days), this could be vastly improved

guide through the paper work was clear , i am not a computer geek, but i managed the process without help from my 12 year old .

This company charged my parents £400 to print, label, check and send four LPA forms. This did NOT include the government registration fees. This was another £400. The advertised price not being inclusive of processing fees needs to be communicated more clearly. My parents had no idea why the government was getting in touch to ask for the same money all over again.

The service I received was very good, very friendly and good advice ,the contracts were drawn up ,and posted to me within 2 working days,
clearly marked where to sign, all at a really competitive price, which was a bonus, thankyou.

Did our power of attorney and it was so quick and easy to do , excellent expert advice on each page as you go along helping you , very quick replies from Zenco In forming you of the progress, the forms were sent out quickly and we're all marked up with yellow stickers stating which person had to sign , really impressed with them and more than half price of which we were quoted by a solicitor, highly recommend

The online system was easy to navigate, the team called me to check and off advice when online. The documents arrived within 2 days marked up with stickers to show each named signature and where to sign. The cost was wortb it for peace of mind and to ensure no delats with the Govt.
