I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My order was shipped but then returned to the sender due to an error in their address system, which incorrectly altered the delivery details.
Although this issue was clearly not caused by me, the company refuses to resend or reserve the item. It is now out of stock in my size. ("Unfortunately this is not possible, the item will be restocked once delivered back to our warehouse, reserving items is not possible, you can of course sign up to get notied on the product page incase one does come back as a return.")
For a company operating in a higher price segment, I would have expected a more customer-oriented solution.

My experience of Wyse
I love the fact that the clothes are well made and use lots of natural fabrics. The styles are well designed and are always a perfect fit for me. I also like the fact that queries are always replied to very quickly.

I’m so pleased with my new Otti dress…
I’m so pleased with my new Otti dress in Guava Red. Stunning colour and fit. It’s all in the detail with this dress. The sleeves are the right length and I love the ruching; also the frilled collar. In a crowded marketplace Wyse stands out. Real quality and lasting value. This is a dateless dress that I’ll be wearing for years to come.

Popped into York store before the races on Saturday. Luckily the dress I had wanted, out of stock online, was in stock. Another item also in stock. The store manager and Mairead (Hartlepool mafia 🤣) were such a delight and lovingly wrapped my items for delivery ~ thank you so much!! Wyse is simply the best for style and service.

Marielle and Cath model many items of clothing and suggest ways to accessorise them.
Customers are informed when a purchase is dispatched and delivery is usually within 3 to 4 days.
Parcels are securely packaged using recyclable materials. They include a delivery note and a 'Thank you' appreciation of their customers. A lovely touch and an indication of good customer service.
The clothes are well made using good quality materials.
However, the sizing system used does not always equate directly to sizes 6 and upwards. In the smaller sizes there is often too much fabric in the skirts and necklines cut too low. A warning to petite ladies.

Slowest return and refund process of…
Slowest return and refund process of any brand I have purchased from. When the brand has your money for pre orders with dates that change three times and an extremely slow refund process, it is not a great experience. Lovely clothing, but I can’t wear any of the bottoms as petite because the waist and hip size is too large. I wish that could be addressed. Great colour range.

I have known WYSE from years ago when
they posted me catalogues. The sizing was always an issue and does vary.
Sadly every time I now actually order something, I am usually disappointed by the fabric, the cut, the shape and the quality for what they charge.
I ordered a DJ a few years ago and it went straight back as it was awful and I ordered one from ME&EM which was fabulous and the pricing was very similar.
I recently ordered a summery dress and the fabric was just too heavy for much warmer weather so they went back. I always order 2 sizes as I am never sure what the fit will be - their silk dresses and blouses are smaller in sizes whereas other dresses and blouses in other fabric varies. Not a favourite brand anymore…

Refund process
This review relates to the refund process in that the time taken from return to refund is too long and would put me off buying from WYSE again.
The item was very nice , expensive but lovely and just didn’t suit me so my experience purely relates to returning items in comparison to other brands.

Complete trust in Wyse
I have been a regular customer for many years now. I have complete trust in Wyse. I have always been so very delighted with the garments I have purchased and have never ever been disappointed.
On a few occasions I have contacted staff at customer service, Marylebone and Edinburgh to track down items and all staff have been extremely professional, helpful and friendly.
I have never returned any garments. I always buy on line and I am unable to visit the stores, although I am travelling to Norwich soon and am very much looking forward to actually visiting your new store in Burnham Market
