This company is a scam. Avoid like the plague. I ordered a Pink Floyd Limited Edition Dark side of the moon watch. The picture on the website showed what I considered to be a quality product. My suspicions were first alerted when i cheeked the tracking ans so that it was arriving from China and not the USA as stated on their website. I contacted them to raise this point and they fobbed me off with an excuse that because of busy times, they have a warehouse in China. Utter nonsense. I also stated that I was concerned about the quality and I was not disappointed. The image on the watch is so small that you need a magnifying glass to see the markings. Not only is the image substandard, but the watch itself is cheap and not worth the money I paid for it. The quality is very poor. They said in their email that if I'm not happy, they have a returns policy, but this is only honoured if it is faulty or damage, the tone of the reply indicates they have no intention of refunding me. Don't waste your money. Caveat emptor.

Received a so called limited edition watch from this company today. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. What arrived was a cheap Chinese watch, with what I grant was a nice quality printed Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The moon dial but is otherwise just cheap junk.

The strap is truly awful and was not even attached to the watch when it arrived. It cannot be easily modified because it is so poorly made and the dial on the watch is next to impossible to pull out to adjust the watch, its so close to the body.

The back of the watch has absolutely no detail at all, just a push fit bare back, the manufactures are obviously that embarrassed, they won't even put their name to it.

I will buy a strap to try and salvage something from my purchase but would strongly advise people not to waste you money on goods from this company. The chances are it will be cheap rubbish sold for 2-3 times what its worth. Shame on David (if that's even his real name) for selling tack and marketing it as quality when it clearly isn't.

The quality of these T shirts

Absolutely disappointing experience.

This shop creates the impression of high-quality, passion-driven products through emotional storytelling and supposedly personal customer communication. Unfortunately, the reality is completely different.

The product I received looked cheap, far below the quality shown on the website, and the emblem was mirrored. After I reported the issue, customer support clearly confirmed that the wrong product had been shipped. They offered a replacement and even promised a shipment tracking link.

After several delays and additional photo requests, they suddenly changed their position completely and claimed that the product was actually correct and matched the website.

I have rarely experienced such contradictory customer support. To me, this feels like a classic strategy of delaying the situation until the customer gives up.

Based on my experience, I definitely cannot recommend this shop.
