Dreadful. They have delivered 2 vehicles that are not as described. We have given them every chance to resolve the issue. So far we have had nothing. We are now having to waste yet more of our time complaining to BVRLA conciliation service. We had a poor experience right from the word go. The order and delivery was much slower than we were led to believe and when the vehicles were finally available they were pre registered. We ordered these vehicles specifically as they were unregistered and had the keyless go feature. They were infact pre registered and do not have this feature. The after sales service has been just as bad. Countless emails back and forth but nothing has been achieved.

I’ve leased Cars in personal lease since 2012 and always shop around for the best deals. The cost of leasing has gone up dramatically so I always shop to a budget.
I found Xcite via leaseloco and start to finish I was impressed. Quick smooth all online and via email I actually got a better deal than a competitor.

Despite paying my deposit on the 21st of May after being told this would allow my car to be delivered in time for my current lease vehicle collection on the 3rd of June, I am still no further ahead with a confirmed delivery date. According to the customer support team the car has been waiting at the uk port since the 17th May & requires work to comply with UK regs. I am now advised that they don’t expect safety check to commence until 21st June & until this is complete cannot confirm delivery. They are fully aware I am mum of 2 children & need my car to help with school drop, after school & other sports clubs. I am also carer for my mum & have no transport to help her with everyday needs.

I’ve offer my mobile & advised I am happy for a call anytime to discuss but still I go back & forth on email without any positive steps forward.

I definitely would not have signed this contract if I had known this would be my experience
