This company is a fraud. Once you subscribe it il impossible to cancell. Its been 5 months tha I have to call my crédit card company to cancell the payment each month. Even capital one crédit card are unable to cancell it.
This app is a disaster. It's advertised as being better than ChatGPT, yet it doesn't even have internet access. About three-quarters of its answers are completely made up, and it won't admit it's wrong even when presented with evidence. It's simply not reliable.
Don't waste your time trying to make it work. There are far better alternatives available.

I made the mistake of signing up to this with a Pro subscription.
Not only is the product next to useless, there is no way of managing your account or unsubscribing. Customer service is non-existent and e-mails are not replied to.

100% Scam. Thankfully, I got my refund for the Pro membership but I'm still on a monthly subscription that I can't cancel. This site needs to go.
Horrible, chat and AI is garbage for an LLM and picture generator and they hide cancellation options with no app. No responses to email...This site will quickly come down. Horrrendous.
There is no clear and visible way to manage your account. Having, in good faith and trust, subscribed to the Pro monthly plan I almost immediately found that xhats results were consistently bad. Requests for images returned black non existent content. I have emailed support requesting a cancellation and refund however no response.
Biggest issue - you cannot manage your account (i.e. subscribe / unsubscribe). Overall, the website works poorly - it works atrociously from a business perspective, and poorly from a functional standpoint (i.e. the product of an AI chatbot works poorly).
