It is my amount, I can trade as I wish. I took a risk, and I made a profit. If it had been a loss, what then? No broker does this kind of thing—if I make a profit, they block my account without any reason. My account has been blocked without any reason, and now I am not receiving any response to my emails. This is a very third-class, pathetic broker. Kindly release my withdrawal to me now.”

Honestly XILO I loved it. They told me $180 a month and everything. But at the end when I got into a meeting a few days ago they told me it’s a minimum of 6-10 users which 1 user cost 180 a month which would be reasonable. It would be a good roi if an agency had a huge amount of volume but it’s really not worth it. Like a water fall of leads a day. Usually I do pilot programs for my insurance agency before going all out but they make you immediately lock in a contract before you try it out yourself it’s a 12 month program like no thank you. Also get more enthusiastic reps Xilo thank you.
I manage several websites using this quoting tool. Easy to implement with a copy-and-paste script. The Xilo team is extremely helpful when working through issues on antiquated websites. Excellent communication and fast response times.

I would tell you to stay away from this company. I had them for a year, and the service and information was not worth the price they charge. When I requested to cancel it renewal they reminded me the contract said 90 day notice and I was not within the 90 days so they were going make me pay for the next year $500 a month $6000!!! To that entire interaction and my request to cancel repeatedly, they offered me an additional contract which of course I declined. This entire interaction was almost 2 months long, taking me two months into the renewal contract. So they've now had one year notice to cancel my contract. In January 2024 I called to confirm they were canceling because of the year notice illustrated above. They then said that that was too soon of a notice and I couldn't cancel and they are going to continue charging me $500 a month.
I put more of my own information in their system than they ever found for me.

I'm new to using XILO, so I can't speak to the product. However, the training that I received from Cole James was exceptional. In a 30-minute meeting I was able to learn all about XILO because of how clear, concise and well thought out his presentation was. I wish all of the products I used had similar training with professionals like Cole.
We've been using XILO for about a year, and it has really helped with our marketing efforts as well as sped up our quoting process. It integrates with other systems we already have in place, and has been fairly easy for everyone in the office to figure out.
Started working personally with XILO a few weeks ago from the marketing side, our agency internally started working with them 3 months ago. The concept is great and one of the few attractive insurance forms out there. The mobile experience is my main focus as we spend money on driving traffic for conversions. The team, (cole especially), has been super responsive to updating, fixing or changing anything to help our marketing efforts/conversions. Turnaround time for bugs are super quick, and I'm super excited to see all the growth their development team does on the product in the future. Very happy with my experience so far, and the company.
Xilo has cut our quoting time in half! This system has also helped our clients who are limited with time, so we all benefit from Xilo! The platform is great and easy to navigate. We are very pleased with Xilo and highly recommend Xilo to all insurance carriers!
