Very happy with the service and how quick it came, very well packaged.
I did have to make a return because one item didn't fit, but that way really easy and smooth to do, and got fully refunded, so yes very happy with XL Moto

Only partially refunded for item not as described.
The gloves were misrepresented by the provided size chart so they were too small. Despite this my refund was less than the total price paid. I had to pay the postage. PayPal said they don't assist with this type of case, so I am very unhappy.

Easy to use website
Easy to use website, great offers and bundle deals. I bought a leather bike jacket, jeans and gloves (all fully armoured) for under £100!! The items were nice quality too considering the price. Did wait a bit for delivery but communication was good so I didn't worry the items weren't coming.

Horrendous returns process
I purchased a pair of course motorcycle gloves which I used the size guide to measure up beforehand. The product arrived on time and in good condition. However, whilst the product quality overall was great, the sizing was off and they did not fit.
I requested to exchange for a large size but the price had changed. Kindly the customer service person said they would honour the price and so issued a return
The returns process was the most horrible part of the overall process. I had to find a shop to print the UPS label and then search for a place that accepted UPS shipping. The label didn't work so had to print again and go back to shop. It's been two months now since purchase of the gloves and only just received an email with refund notice (which was just to acknowledge) but no refund or mention of the exchange I wanted.
Honestly the products are great and I purchased because of a product reviewer said they were, but as a UK customer this process has been awful so I won't buy again other than large size gloves that I know now fit me!

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company! I needed some new motorbike boots, and found XLMOTO via a web search, their Course range had exactly what I needed so I placed an order online, the boots arrived in a week from Sweden, perfectly packaged and better than I expected. Really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again. Thank you.

One of the best.
Used XlMoto a lot of times, a lot of exchanges, refunds & returns even had discounts applied after purchase when I’d found a discount code they would have gave a better price.
The quality is 100% just to match their service.
Never ever had a problem. Would recommend to anyone.
