Absolutely terrible. No goods received due to the address not being transferred to the courier properly. Repeated requests for a refund currently being ignored. A month after placing the order you have my money and I have nothing to show for it.

They where perfect delivery on time…
They where perfect delivery on time product packaged well so no damage and knock on door a stayed until I answered it rather than knocking and leaving they made sure I got the delivery.

Ordered a backpack
Ordered a backpack, however some how someone didn’t transfer the delivery address correctly and the first I knew was a email saying it was being sent back. Tired to explain to Xlmoto and she just said it was too late! Ended up getting a refund and buying else where

Great value. Excellent service.
I placed my order with this company as they were selling a premium crash helmet at a lower price than every competitor. They informed me of the despatch and provided a tracking number. The comms from the tracking company was a little sketchy, but that's not a reflection on XLMOTO at all. I was given a time frame of a week for delivery, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a full 4 days ahead of schedule (bravo to the couriers). The price I paid included postage & taxes given that it was coming from Poland. This was still cheaper than every UK outlet selling the exact same helmet, and still cheaper than UK outlets with me purchasing a second item!
I now review XLMOTO website daily. I'll definately be buying from them again.

Poor communication and delays

The company has to improve its communication and response time.
I had received the products with one mismatched item, which took from mid March to mid June to be replaced.
After 3 months waiting, I finally I have the set of luggage to the bike. Because of the poor communication and delays, the set was not with me when I needed for my European trip.
The company seems honest and reliable, but the lack of a telephone number and email replies without appropriate attention to the questions and asks was indeed very frustrating.
Hopefully this review will help the company to improve their services.

The order process takes ages

25 days I’ve been waiting for a refund
There portal is a total joke and their customer service non existent and when you ask about there refund process they say it can take 30 days and give you nothing else. No reassurance or explain the process or anything.
I own a successful online business and our customers are refunded instantly! I don’t understand why you wait so long.
The returns go to your uk hub. They should be inspected there, and that’s when the refund should occur.
Tracking also ends at the point for the customer which is ludicrous.
