It's ideal everything comes fast and…
It's ideal everything comes fast and correct. Although one time they didn't have a 10k puff vape and gave me the 35k one, it was an upgrade but not what I wanted as the size was too big. Also they don't have everything in stock a lot of the time.

I like Xmania and delivery is fast. I like that I can off set my points against my purchase as that really helps! Unfortunately stocks that I want is always out? Lost Mary 15K refills are always out so there's no choice really.

Perfect shipping and good prices!
The prices are really cheap and the shipping is really fast and the packaging is good. But unfortunately, the selection of vapes and e-liquids has been significantly reduced for the last few months, so I have to get some of my supplies from other shops.

Selling counterfit vapes
Selling counterfit vapes.
Last 2 purchases I got disposable vapes that have had their QR code scanned over 10 times.
Should be unique every time. They're selling fakes

Please note that many authentic vape brands use static QR codes that are the same across all units and can be scanned multiple times. A high scan count does not indicate a counterfeit product by itself.
The QR code on your product links to the manufacturer’s official page and is consistent with genuine stock supplied by our authorised distributor.
If the manufacturer provides a unique anti-counterfeit verification system and their system confirms an issue, we will of course investigate and assist immediately.
At this time, there is no evidence that the product is counterfeit.

I would like to point out that you placed an order for the 10ml Elfliq juice in 20mg strength, as advertised on our website.
You are stating that we sent you the wrong items because you intended to order the 6mg strength. However, we have never stocked a 6mg version, and as far as I am aware, this strength is not available anywhere. Typically, Elfliq is only produced in 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg strengths. In our online shop, we only offer the 20mg option, as clearly indicated.
If the product description had been read carefully, this misunderstanding could have been avoided. Please note that we did not ignore your messages. Unfortunately, due to human error, your email was moved to the wrong folder after our initial response. I sincerely apologise for the delay.
Nevertheless, we have provided you with the details on how to return the items you are not satisfied with, in accordance with our company policy.
