I had a very frustrating experience using XPSell. I followed their instructions and listed my tickets, expecting to receive offers as they promote on their platform and social media. Instead, I kept getting inconsistent and contradictory responses. When I listed one set of tickets, I was told it was “too soon.” Now, after uploading my BTS ticket, I’m being told it may be “too far.” There is no clear guidance, and it feels like no matter what I do, there is always a different reason why my tickets won’t receive offers. This lack of transparency and consistency makes the platform unreliable and confusing to use. I expected a straightforward process, but instead I’ve had to deal with unclear rules and no results. Very disappointed with the experience. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their communication and provide clear, consistent guidelines.
Sold my tickets to them and it was super EASY! Submitted my tickets and got an offer in less than 24 hours. They walked me through the whole process and paid me way more than I even expected. Customer service was GREAT! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad you had an amazing experience, hope to see you again soon!
Was a bit nervous as I hadn't heard of XP before. I saw the profiles that reviewed on Facebook comments were legit, and did some research on Reddit and Trustpilot and decided to give them a go! I got sold out tickets for Jcole and the tickets were sent to me within a week. Cheaper than stubhub or seat geek. Would recommend!

So grateful I found xp tickets! I had concert tickets that I was trying to sell on my own and it wasn’t working. I was kind of skeptical but WOW seriously it was so easy and I was paid within minutes of accepting the offer and putting in my info for the money transfer. 10/10 would use again

I need to sell some tickets I wasn't going to be able to use due to unforeseen circumstances. It was a surprising easy process. Super easy and straightforward, with good offer too. Whole process took less 2 hours from start to finish. Got paid within minutes of finalizing the sale. Will definitely use XP again in the future.

thank you for your feedback, you truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review!! See you soon!
I’m a Rangers season ticket holder and tried XP when I had a few games I couldn’t make. I was a little hesitant at first since it was a new platform to me, but the process ended up being really smooth.
What I liked most was being able to get an instant offer instead of listing tickets and waiting to see what happens. I’ve used other marketplaces before and it can be a lot to keep track of, especially with pricing changes and payouts. With XP, I could just accept the offer and move on.
Some offers were better than I expected and others were a bit lower, but for me the convenience was worth it. The transfer was easy, customer support was helpful, and I got paid right away.
Overall it was a straightforward, no-stress way to sell tickets I wasn’t going to use, and I’d definitely use it again.

I was specifically looking for a place that would buy my tickets and pay me right away, instead of platforms like SeatGeek, StubHub, or Ticketmaster that hold your money until after the event. That’s how I found XP.
They state that you’ll receive an offer within 24–48 hours during the business week. Since it was the weekend, I didn’t expect to hear anything until Monday — but I actually received an offer Sunday morning. I submitted proof of the tickets, and by Monday morning the offer was accepted. I transferred the tickets and received payment almost immediately.
They let you choose how you want to be paid. I chose PayPal. I’ll be honest: I got a little nervous when the payment showed up as PayPal USD (PYUSD), which is crypto, because I wasn’t familiar with that. But everything appeared directly inside my real PayPal account, the funds cleared quickly, and I was able to convert it to USD with no problems.
No sketchy emails. No extra fees. No hoops to jump through. Just a smooth, fast transaction from start to finish. Based on this experience, I would absolutely use XP again.

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! Glad we were able to help you out!
One star. XP swears up and down they give you a guaranteed offer in 24 hours. I submitted my ticket, waited, and what do I get? A canned email saying “we’re unable to make an offer at this time.” That’s not a guarantee. That’s a lie.
They throw around words like “supply and demand” to sound official but really it’s just an excuse to back out. If you can’t actually guarantee anything, don’t advertise it. I wasted my time on this garbage and got nothing but a copy and paste rejection.
I’ve been in ticketing long enough to spot theater. XP markets itself as fan-centric and transparent. My experience says otherwise.
1. Anonymous, shifting communication. We received unsigned “XP Team” emails that invoked “authorities,” claimed accounts were “suspended,” and demanded paperwork that Ticketmaster does not ask transfer recipients for. When pressed for the actual case references and notices, XP went quiet.
2. Contradictory behavior. They were buying from us one day. The next day they said they could not transact and floated intimidation language. When challenged, the story changed again. That is not transparency. That is evasion.
3. KYC posturing without accountability. They demanded future KYC while refusing to identify who was emailing. You cannot demand identity verification from partners while hiding your own.
4. Process ignorance. Ticketmaster maintains transfer logs and order metadata. Asking a recipient for the original purchaser’s receipt reads like fishing, not resolution.
5. Privacy and tracking concerns. XP’s site loads a stack of third-party scripts and session logging tools. In my opinion the scope of tracking is excessive for a “fan-first” brand.
I did not see adequate, plain-language disclosure that matches what is actually running. That is a privacy red flag.
Bottom line: I value straight dealing. We provided clear, professional requests for documentation so we could help resolve the issue. XP responded with silence and tone shifts. If you care about consistent, accountable partnerships, proceed with caution.
I gave XP a chance because I read their Substack about being fan-first, fast, and transparent. It sounded great. In reality, it was the most frustrating and disrespectful selling experience I’ve had.
I got matched with someone named Rob. He started the trade, then canceled it when Ticketmaster split the tickets. Fair. I followed up right away with the updated transfer link and told him the third ticket would follow. That was over an hour ago. He vanished.
No message, no update, nothing. Just silence while I sat around waiting. And yes, the original link no longer works. So clearly he was aware.
Later I found out Rob is likely related to the founder. That just makes it worse. If this is how sellers get treated by people tied to the platform, I can’t imagine what the standard is for everyone else.
XP talks a big game about support and clarity, but when it mattered, I got ghosted and ignored after doing everything right.
