Xpress Publishers = NOT TO BE TRUSTED - THE COMPANY IS A FARCE!!!
I paid £99 deposit to get their promotional deal listing all the services they would provide. We scheduled 2 phone appointments, for which I waited and they never showed up. Eventually, on the 3rd call I specifically requested a Zoom call so we could see each other for our meeting, and was told that would be no problem and my project manager, Sarah Johnson would send me the link. I never received a link to Zoom, however I received a phone call from someone with a very strong Indian accent, whose mother tongue most certainly was NOT English, and yet she tried to convince me that she was from Los Angeles and had roots in Turkey. I advised her that I specifically wanted a Zoom call so I could see her and she said this would be against company policy. I asked to see her manager and she said she would connect me but she couldn't because she was not in the office at the time. Her manager's name was Daniel Johnson. I have requested a full reimbursement as I realise this company is a total farce and MUST NOT BE TRUSTED!!
Fortunately I made payment via PayPal, so my refund was paid to me without too much issue.
