إغلاق صفقات قسري بسبب سبريد غير مبرر,ارتفاع سبريد مفاجئ تسبب بتصفية الحساب
تجربتي سيئة مع شركة XS
كان لدي حساب هدج برصيد 50000 سنت والايكويتي حوالي 46000 سنت قمت بادارة المخاطر بشكل واضح وخفضت اللوت الى 0.10وكنت استخدم هدج فعال على الذهب خلال حركة الذهب من مستوى 5120 الى 4975 لم يكن من المفترض ان يتم تصفية الحساب بناء على حركة السعر وحدها ,لكن ما حدث هو توسع مفاجيء كبير جدا في السبيريد ادى الى انهيار الايكويتي وتصفية جميع الصفقات تلقائيا ,التصفية لم تكن بسبب اتجاه السوق بل بسبب السبيريد ما جعل الهدج وادارة المخاطر غير مجديه وغير فعالة ,
,تواصلت مع الدعم وطلب مني ارسال ايميلات للتحقيق لكن حتى الان لم يتم تقديم بيانات فنيه واضحة او تفسير مقنع اتمنى من الشركة :

Pesquisando essa empresa, vi que a retiraras de saque demora 14 dias até cair na conta ! Muita demora, acho que deveriam pensar um pouco mais na comodidade do cliente e não somente da empresa! Eu cheguei a abrir uma conta mas acho que não devo depositar por enquanto até melhorar essa regra de revirada de dinheiro

Request for Help with Withdrawal – Premium Client
The withdrawal process has been a bit difficult for me. It only works as a reversal transaction, and things here in Saudi Arabia can get a little complicated. Sometimes the transfers go back to old bank accounts I no longer use, which causes issues. Three of my accounts even ended up frozen. I reached out to customer service for a cash withdrawal, but it was declined because my passport expired last year. Since I’m a premium client, I’d really appreciate it if someone could assist me and be a bit more flexible with the cash-withdrawal requirement. Thanks so much for your help.

But after waiting for 12 hours, the amount was transferred. I don’t know why there is all this delay on their part. I had a good start a week or more ago, but sometimes we find surprises from the company or the employees????
When withdrawing, it tells me to talk to my account manager.
What does the manager have to do with this matter? This is a withdrawal, and all the documents they requested have been documented.

I've been trading on XS for months
I've been trading on XS for months, thought it was legit until withdrawal time. They blocked everything, even my initial deposit. And get this, they opened manual trades on my account to wipe out my balance. Pure manipulation!

XS is not paying withdrawals anymore. I deposited $5000 and now they ignoring my requests. Be careful people, this broker is shady.

I can't believe what happened with XS…
I can't believe what happened with XS broker. At first, everything seemed fine, I was trading and making some profits, but when I tried to withdraw, they froze my account and deleted it. It's like they only want your money in, not out. And I've heard from my network that everyone's withdrawals are stuck too. This is alarming!
