He estado operando con XS.com durante un tiempo y ha sido una gran experiencia. La ejecución es rápida y los spreads son competitivos. Los retiros llegan sin demoras, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Su equipo de soporte es útil, aunque siempre hay margen de mejora. La seguridad y la transparencia parecen estar bien gestionadas. Everyone is aware of how different demo stands from the real. But I joined the company xs.com through a demo competition and started to explore what they give after this 🔍 standard account and btc/usd with 1:500 leverage, isn’t it fun? That’s how I decided to go live there. Not only cryptos are good on the platform though. It’s spot metals that I operate very well here, with a fast platform and intuitive trading on mt5 it is a no-brainer, actually. So recommended!👍

I’ve been with XS.com for a little while, and it’s a pretty decent broker. Deposits and withdrawals are swift, and the platform’s smooth for the most part. Spreads are okay, though I’d love to see them tighter. Customer support has been responsive, but I haven’t had to deal with too much yet. It's a solid broker, but there’s room for improvement in the spread department.

Rất là tuyệt khi họ tung ra AI Insights, sàn giao dịch thứ 2 mà mình biết đã làm điều này. Có vẻ như nó đến từ Hoc-Trade, mình không biết gì về nó. Nhưng mình đã thử, nó tuyên bố sẽ tinh chỉnh các chiến lược giao dịch và giảm rủi ro, nhưng với mình, có vẻ như không dễ sử dụng cho lắm. 🤯 Mình vẫn vui vì họ đang tiến theo hướng này, hy vọng họ tích hợp nó vào quy trình giao dịch nhiều hơn. Mình nghĩ là nếu không có bất kỳ AI nào hỗ trợ, quy trình giao dịch sẽ trở nên hơi khó khăn trong tương lai. Mình biết những người đã sử dụng Chatgpt để biên soạn dữ liệu cho các tài sản mà họ muốn giao dịch... XS là một sàn giao dịch tốt, cộng thêm tính năng này, đã đưa họ lên một tầm cao mới.

That's where the similarities end for me =(((T
his is NOT a fun broker, at all. There's no 'hype' feature, theres no hype competitions or bonuses, really. Its all very sterile and dull.
But I noticed, for profits, it works out. If I put my head down and work, I come out on top, thats what this broker does to my mindset.
But gotta say, I enjoyed trading a lot more with options, and just random stuff, without concerning myself with MTs and EAs.

The company is a complete scam - at least the Seychelles branch where I registered. I traded with them for almost 1.5 years, using various strategies, and finally made a profit of around $4,000 USD. My trade durations ranged from a few seconds (especially during economic releases) to several hours, with a trading frequency of 3-5 trades per month. Nearly one-third of my trades ended in losses. The company refused to process my withdrawal, claiming that my trades "exploited price differences caused by pricing delays." When I questioned them, they failed to explain: - why I supposedly exploited price delays but only traded 3-5 times per month, instead of every minute or tick; - how I could have benefited from pricing delays when some of my trades lasted several hours; - why one-third of my trades resulted in significant losses if I were supposedly manipulating pricing discrepancies.
Avoid these scammers at all costs. If you still want to trade with them, register under CySEC or ASIC branches - otherwise, they will refuse to let you withdraw your profits.

Further update for my case: reversal of profit made of USD 127,888

I opened MT5 account (1131884) with XS on December 6, 2024, and deposited $38,000. On December 5, 2024, Donald Trump was elected as the next president, and I anticipated that the U.S. equity market and gold prices would rise due to the tariff war. This strategy worked for me and resulted in profits of USD 127,888.

However, on January 23, 2025, I received an email from XS notifying me of the termination of my account, citing "abuse of the Company’s trading conditions. and using swap arbitrage strategy" Following this, I submitted four withdrawal requests, all of which were declined by XS. I then filed a complaint with their compliance team and I got their conclusive email on 10 Feb 2025 to reverse the profit made in my account of USD 127,888 and allowing to withdraw only USD 18,000 from my original deposit by citing use of swap arbitrage strategy.

I have given the below justification and I have clear evidence and facts that it was never the case of using a swap arbitrage strategy

1. There are no future contracts available in my Mt5 trading account. There is no swap arbitrage to buy Spot and futures contracts and abuse the XS platform.
2. I opened my account (1131884) with XS on December 6, 2024, and deposited $38,000. On December 5, 2024, Donald Trump was elected as the next president, and I anticipated that the U.S. equity market and gold prices would rise due to the tariff war. Accordingly, I invested in gold and indices, resulting in profits of USD 127,888. This XS can't be considered as an abuse of the swap strategy when I have booked profit based on my strategy.
3. In the same situation, if I could have blown my account and made losses - would XS refund my losses, saying swap arbitrage abuse? XS has an issue when we retailers like us make profits and withdraw it, due to B-booking business model. but they have no right to stop my withdrawals as a regulated broker.
4. I have accounts with other CFD brokers as well, where I have also taken long positions in gold and indices in the same manner to reduce my broker risk (diversification of investment).

I would recommend staying away from this broker, where withdrawal of profit is a big issue.
