I am extremely disappointed with my experience with XSMTP.
After purchasing a subscription, I faced constant email delivery issues. Many emails were not being delivered at all — not to the inbox, and not even to the spam folder. I repeatedly contacted customer support through their official channels and WhatsApp, but my messages were either ignored or left unanswered for days.
After becoming frustrated with the lack of response and ongoing service problems, I sent a message expressing my frustration. Shortly afterward, my subscription was cancelled without any prior warning, explanation, or opportunity to resolve the issue.
At the time of cancellation, more than 15 days were still remaining on my paid plan. No refund was provided, no notice was given, and no proper communication was made. In addition, both of my phone numbers appear to have been blocked, making it impossible for me to contact the company regarding my account or refund.
My concerns are:
• Poor email deliverability despite having a paid subscription.
• Lack of customer support and communication.
• Subscription cancelled without prior notice.
• No refund for the unused portion of the service.
• Being blocked instead of receiving assistance.
I am sharing my experience so that potential customers can make an informed decision. I would appreciate a proper response from XSMTP regarding the cancellation and refund of my remaining subscription period.
