Let be honest this is the guy .
I feel my review should carry some weight , reason being this the 3rd time I have attempted this nvq through my own procrastination.
3rd times a charm, I got inducted by Craig and he made it clear to me on areas I need to improve/brush up on .
Throughout he has been faultless and if I'm honest if I had met him on my first go it would of been done .
He understands nerves yet also make sure you know your stuff .
It's what's needed it helps you and the industry you will doing your career in .
If anyone was to undertake an nvq this is the guy you want .
I can not thank him enough and he is an asset to the industry . Very much an un sung hero who makes you a better spark and that's the end goal .
Will certainly recommend Craig .

I'm sure it will do so for anyone reading it, particularly those have made previous attempts to complete their NVQ 3 Electrical but not been able to achieve it at the time, for one one reason of another. I've had amazing experience with Xs training, did my NVQ experience worker and 2391 with them. They whole process was stress free, the assessor Mr Muztaba guided me through the portfolio building process ... If you are looking to get qualified and expirienced worker is the route you are going to take I highly recommend Xs training and also going to Leeds for 2391 exam is the best option as you will get the support from the preparation session. I'm very happy have my AM2E booked for early May!

Exceptional Service
In true, I'll get to it later fashion. I completely ignored my NVQ until there was a mere three weeks remaining. Once I'd realised my mistake, I contacted Craig at XS and rather than telling me I was well out of luck and I should have got to it sooner, he immediately told me if I put the effort in he would make sure to support and offer any assistance he could. For the three weeks after that, Craig went above and beyond to ensure I knew what was required and that I had a plan in place to make it happen. Somehow, with numerous silly formatting questions on my part, Craig was available to assistance and in the end I managed to complete the NVQ with six days to spare.
(I do not recommend this method of completing the NVQ, I hope someone else can learn from my mistake)

The company made everything straight forward to complete my NVQ, not interfering with day to day work.
Tom my assessor was brilliant, very clear on explanations of what was required. Always responding to questions quickly and helpful all the way through.

Pure excellence
From the moment Craig became my assessor it was like having a private tutor. Any queries or problems I had whilst navigating my NVQ I spoke to him about and he gave me guidance every step of the way. Its taken me a while to get to this point where I can officially call myself an electrician and I can whole heartedly say that Craig and XS are the best training providers out there. If you feel lost ask Craig, if your stuck ask Craig and for any training needs ask Craig at XS training.

Did my NVQ with XS training. It’s really well delivered & thought out. Allows you to just get on with it and I had a great experience. I highly recommend the AM2 online prep course & I’m now doing my 2391-52 with them.

Overall experience has been positive, XS training have a good online platform to perform this qualification.
Every query I have had has been answered and every assessment I have had has been a smooth process with the assessors being professional and supportive along the way.

Very happy with every process of the NVQ. I felt like I had received the right guidance and knowledge in order to pass the course.
Giving great credit to my NVQ assessor who been absolutely brilliant. Would always be willing to go above and behind.
The one file software seems difficult to use when uploading and marking up pictures. Especially from the use of a phone.
Overall I would say it’s been a well ran course.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Thomas Simpson for helping me complete my NVQ. Even though I took longer than expected, Tom was supportive and there whenever I needed assistance/guidance. With just a day to spare for my City and Guilds registration to end on a Saturday, I sent him the last bits on a Friday which was his day off, but he still managed to help me cross the finish line.
