XTrader Dropship, Wholesale Avis 54

I used to sell 1 product on my website and thought I should probably expand the offering and stumbled across dropshipping.

In the beginning I used both the big dropshippers, xtrader for the main catalog and the other one to fill some gaps, but I now only use xtrader which is probably the best service available for this market.

I use to do a daily stock update with my own automated system, but it was a daily chore and I did have some sales of out of stock items, finally bit the bullet and bought the stock manager module and that now reliably keeps the stock levels correct and adds the new products which saves a lot of work. If I actually bothered to make an effort to increase my sales then I would probably get the ordering module as well.

I only use the dropshipping service, nothing else, and for the dropshipping, I can't remember ever having had a single problem with the service: all customers got their products and the odd return that I have had has been dealt with properly.

We have been using XTrader for a few years now and find their services and products first class.

While the team is very helpful and the service is good all and all , they push you to write a review at the begining where you did not even start wirking with the platform , my site was on line in 24hs no problem , thing nobody tells you is publishing this kind of page in 2024-2025 is not simple at all to say the least , going over 4500 products and make a unique description for it not simple at all im two month in at least if not more , still didn't manage to sell one item! They tell "you only concentrate on marketing" DON't go this way unless you check well what it takes to publish this kind of site in 2024-2025- NoT a walk in the park and nobody tells you that

I’ve been working with Xtrader for a while now, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier to leave a review as requested. At first, I was a bit unsure about ordering stuff like this online, but they’ve really changed my mind. The products are top quality, and they’ve got such a massive variety. It’s not just your usual stuff either, there’s everything from basics to high end items that you’d expect to see in higher end shops. Plus, they keep adding new things all the time, so my customers never get bored!

The best part for me is the drop shipping. I didn’t want to mess around with holding loads of stock or packing orders myself, so this setup works perfectly. Everything gets sent out quickly.

Pricing is also spot on. I’ve compared them to other wholesalers, and they’re very competitive. The margins I’m making are decent, they’re super reliable, can’t complain at all.

Whether you’re starting a small side hustle or looking to scale up, they’ve got everything you need. I honestly don’t know where my business would be without them, it feels like they actually care about helping you succeed. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get into the adult toy business they’ve been a total game changer for me!

xTrader Dropship is an amazing company which has allowed me to start a business with a Dropship model and still be able to offer my customers speedy same day dispatch of high quality products. The customer service is fantastic and they always reply so quickly to any emails. They are very accommodating to you requests and the website is easy to navigate, easy to manage and edit orders. Can't praise them enough it really is an amazing company that makes it so easy to start your own business as they also offer API order syncing which makes orders effortless as they automatically sync through and everything is taken care of for you.

I was just looking for a drop shipment company and came across Xtrader. The support and advice I got from the team was excellent and couldn't fault it. Very easy and efficient service. Since using XTrader our sales have increased 20% YTD. If you need a reliable Drop-shipping partner then I would definitely recommend XTrader as your next choice.

I purchased one of their ready made websites. I just wanted a dropshipping business, I didn't care what in, as long as it was successful and I didn't have to do anything apart from marketing. I called them BEFORE I purchased and asked a bunch of questions which included me being able to amend everything via my smartphone because I don't have access to a computer or laptop. They said yes. They didn't say it depended on the type/age of phone.

Even though they use PayPal, they don't use PayPal for selling their ready made websites. I paid around £1,400. I expected to partner with an honest and reputable company and have money coming in straight away.

After linking my personal domain name I was ready to go. I checked out the site and realised I couldn't amend anything from my phone. I kept telling them and they kept saying it 'should' work. They kept delaying things asking for screenshots but there were no messages, no error messages, it just didn't amend.

I also sent them a long email asking questions about different parts of the website making sure I understood things correctly. I could see from their lacklustre response that they weren't that interested in responding fully. They didn't even read my email properly. I told them their response was inadequate. They tried to assist further when I asked for my money back. They resized my logo for me which just looked pitiful and I told them so. I still couldn't amend anything myself and I lost confidence in them as the product was not 'as described'. They refused to refund me spouting it's a digital product even though I didn't download anything or benefit in any way.

So a week after purchasing I had to go through the long process of getting a chargeback from my bank which Xtrader (IDWEB LTD) fought. I sent the bank all my emails and recorded conversations.

Whilst claiming my money back I cancelled future payments however IDWEB LTD continued to take 2 additional monthly payments of £15.60 for hosting and backup even though I had parked my domain and never used their services at all. This says a lot about their character. My bank reimbursed me for both payments.

After warning them not to take anymore payments one guy said he didn't know what was going on. I told him his relative, who had the same surname, had appealed my claim. He seemed more offended that I assumed he knew what was going on just because he had the same second name as his colleague. Bizarre. After checking Companies House I see the company is owned by a third person with the same surname. What a coincidence.

Always check Companies House before dealing with any business.

They have an unusual number of first time 5 star reviewers on Trustpilot too which I find suspicious and hardly any recent reviews. The other one star review resonates with me.

Anyway a long two and a half months later, the banks found in my favour and refunded me in full. Learn from my mistakes and don't do it.

The response times for support from Josh, Paul, Gary are second to none! Really looking forward to our new ecommerce business journey with XTrader - thanks for such a great start!

The guys in the tech' department are fantastic. They are always willing to help, no matter my query. Time is always made to make sure that the suggested solution works and they will even step in and help you with any of the trickiest tech' scenarios. I haven't been able to stump them yet!

Purchased the Diamond Plus web design from XTrader. The team were very quick to put the design together and extremely helpful when the design was handed over to me. Josh in particular was great with answering all my questions and queries on the new software even after me bombarding him with emails. He sorted all of my queries by providing full details and screenshots.

Fantastic experience from the support team especially josh who has had to deal with our mistakes one or two times (sorry). Not amazing tech savvy and when doing stuff in our spare time we tend to rush about but the support team is right there on the end of the phone to help anyway they can with our question or hesitation.
