Y1 Custom Avis 

From the very start Y1 were incredibly informative and helpful, replying to emails frequently and answering any questions asked. I ordered rugby shirts and it was Nel Allen Escala who helped me through that; very professional and friendly.

I worked with Emily Swallow to create fleeces for Bournemouth University Hockey Club, and she was so helpful and patient in making sure we got the perfect design. She was also really quick at replying to my questions.
Everyone loves the fleeces and we will be using them in future years.

We had used Y1 Custom for our University College Hockey Team. They had remembered our previous orders we have made with them in the past, and Ollie Matthews was super helpful during the whole process.

They were very quick to respond to emails and any queries we had, and all the fleeces came out amazing, with everyone in the hockey club now loving our new custom fleeces.

Thanks Ollie for being so helpful with our first order of fleeces for Omega Netball Club. Some of our players have reported that they have struggled to take their fleece off as they are so comfy and warm. The players only ever wore our previous tops to our fixtures, howeve they now also turn up to training in these too, which is a testament to them all round.

The whole process from start to finish we perfect Ollie could not of been more helpful throughout the process.

1/4 zips are very comfortable and very good quality we have already put a top up order in!

Fleeces are great quality and really happy with the personaliztion for my hockey club.
Ollie was a great manager to deal with he answered any questions quickly and accurately and made the process really easy.

Only point to improve was that prices for initials and number were not clear when ordering but this issue was very easily sorted with the manager after an explanation and even changed the order form to solve this problem.
Hight recommend and will also reorder more of the same fleeces for those that like them and missed out.

Really friendly customer service and easy to liaise with to organise a university club order. Everyone is really happy with their items. Responsive when encountered a minor delay to one of the fleeces arriving. Would happily use again!!

I ordered 40 fleeces, they look great and everyone loves them. The ordering process is a little slow. Email correspondence wasn't always the fastest, and 8-10 weeks delivery time is quite long, but everyone is veyr happy now

I made a large order of Y1's Retro Fleece for my local Rugby club in 2025 and they were a massive hit, so much so that a second order has just been placed for over 90 fleeces. The material used for the fleeces is comfortable, warm, long lasting and looks great. The design provides a retro vibe and everyone at the club loves the product. Recommend Y1 to anyone looking to create a create a custom design for their local club/community.

We ordered a large number of fleeces and beanies for a school ski trip. They have turned out really well and Dan from Y1 Sport worked hard to ship the order to us in Saudi Arabia. Much appreciated!
