Great downloader and if je have problems they fix it for you

For most of the services it works like a charm, but often one service will not work.

It's a good Downloader to Download Videos on Joyn and other Streaming-Services.
From Time to Time there are some Problems with Downloads but with new Update it was fixed.
Minus one Star because not all Videos i cant download in HD or Full HD.

best I have found sofar specially in all gener type of music.

Great solution for downloading video from many sources. Has some hard time from time to time associating a URL with download or does not download cc

Nothing that interests me works.
Netflix doesn't work.
Amazon doesn't work.
DRM doesn't work.
I've been trying to fix it for months with technical support, they always tell me to wait for the next update.
The updates carried out over 3 months never led to a solution to the problem.

I'm not entirely happy because lately there have been problems with downloading movies from SKYSHOWTIME

For weeks it no longer works with Amazon Prime or Netflix

Good app for downloading videos.

Everything is great! I love it!

My only critiques are that on Netflix the new ones I can't get because it's too high quality to get. And that I can't get videos on others, like PureFlex, for example.

Another problem I have is that my computer crashed. So, I had to repurchase again, despite the fact that I bought the lifetime one and it was suppose to go to 3 different other computers. I tried to get it back onto my computer after it was fixed, but it was unsuccessful. So, I had to repurchase for the lifetime one again.

What's to say that I will have to repurchase again, and how can I get reimbursed for the false advertisement of 3 different computers and for repurchasing that was a fail?

Despite the many negative reviews, I actually had positive experiences with the program. If there were technical errors, I was helped quickly and if the program didn't work properly, you had to be patient because an update would come sooner or later. If download problems occurred, they also occurred with other providers. So overall I'm happy.

Verry good software sometimes it breaks for some sources but i've learned to stay on a working version until it doesn't work anymore then update and hope it works or wait a few versions.

I have contacted them 1 time for a problem and they replied a few days later.

Zero help, zero attention to clients. I came to their website searching for a ViX downloader, I paid for a 1-month subscription, downloaded a few series and suddenly the downloader stopped working. I thought these series were not downloadable, but before my subscription expired, I decided at least to check the series I did download and paid attention to, I missed a few episodes here and there. I added these episodes and ... the downloader refused to download... I checked already downloaded episodes and for 99% of them, the downloader started to recognize them as DRM files, although a few days before the downloader used to download them as YouTube videos. I contacted the support and got ZERO help, but they told me I bought the wrong downloader. Wrong downloader? After 3 weeks and 24362513462 emails, I sent them during these 3 weeks? I had some problem, couldn't log in, and something else, and in each email, I mentioned the ViX downloader and always asked them about ViX. But anyway, the downloader stopped working 3 weeks after I paid for it. I sent them all proofs and logs and screens where it was clearly understood I downloaded only from ViX and I also sent them screens of my previous emails where I always was talking only about ViX and not YouTube. Yes, I saw it was a YouTube downloader, but it worked and I thought it was just the name, besides, I told them a lot of times about ViX. All I asked was to refund 25% or give me 1 week of subscription because their downloader worked only 3 weeks. I got nothing, ZERO attention, ZERO help, ZERO amiability. Not recommended to never buy any service where there is no PayPal option, all scammers and fraudsters are afraid of PayPal disputes, and the only credit card payment option is like a red flag for fraud, because opening a dispute for credit card payment is complicated.

Y2MATE changes subscription prices and takes the money without the customer's consent.
I bought Y2Mate DRM Downloader (All-in-One) annually subscription on 12-24-2022 for USD 38.93
This year on 12-24-2023, they renewed my subscription automatically with the amount of USD 59.9 and without asking my consent they took this amount from my card.
When I asked for explanations and asked to return my money, their answer was:
"The one you purchased was a subscription order, which was set to renew every year. We will cancel the subscription and stop the auto-renewal of order #in_1OQuVQGB6fTT...., you won't be charged for the next billing period.

Per our refund policy, I am afraid that we cannot accept the refund request for the renewal order. "
On their website, in the Purchase Policy section, it says:
"Refund Circumstances and Details:
Y2Mate offers a subscription plan for a monthly or yearly basis, so if you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel or pause the subscription plan at any time. The cost of that month would be deducted, however, from the next month, we won't charge the subscription fee."

I also wrote to them about this but they did not reply.
I do not advise anyone to deal with these thieves.
