Dealt with Sean and he helped me recover a key for a safe that I have had many years. Also answered my emails promptly and kept me well informed with the process and timescales. Great service.

I had a great experience with Hansen at Yale. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find such attentive customer service these days—Hansen made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Forget signing up for discount on order

Part arrived in time and works as described.

I contacted Yale about my damaged key for my safe as I forgot the electronic code Sean who dealt with me has absolutely brilliant my new key is on the way cant thank you enough Sean well done brilliant service

replacement small adhesive pads

I needed some replacement small adhesive pads for Door/Window contacts. Sean found the parts and dispatched them to me, with tracking number, in a very short space of time. Excellent service

I put one stars because no option for zero Star in the last 3 days i try to contact yale support for my cctv for reconnect to my new router but nothing happened onestly

Yale Home UK - Alarm Support

I needed a battery for a Yale Home Alarm hub but their website does not list the correct one for sale (hence not 5*). However, a quick message exchange with Sean at the Customer Support Team sorted things out. A battery was soon dispatched - and cheaper than potentially dodgy ones available on line!

Although I haven’t received the new key…Replacement Key

Although I haven’t received the new key as only brought it yesterday. But my experience so far has been excellent Sean has communicated with me and sorted my order out can’t fault him

The product has a fault.

The product has a fault.
The fault should have been picked up by quality control.

After communication,I had outlined that I was away on a trip and I would communicate about return/replacement When I was home.
The details of the communication were not taken more of and I received an email asking why I had not been in touch.

Order correction required

I placed my order online and then realised that I had got the measurements wrong on some of the items. A simple phone call the following day allowed me to cancel the incorrect locks so that I could place a new order for the correct ones. I received the refund for the incorrect orders within 4 days. All the items that I received were quickly delivered, of the expected high quality and fitted with no problems. Thanks

Lost my master key to my safe and my…

Lost my master key to my safe and my request was looked after by Sean. Extremely helpful, all sorted and replacement key sent out on next day delivery. Sean could not have done any more, great customer service!
