The product has a fault.
The fault should have been picked up by quality control.
After communication,I had outlined that I was away on a trip and I would communicate about return/replacement When I was home.
The details of the communication were not taken more of and I received an email asking why I had not been in touch.

I placed my order online and then realised that I had got the measurements wrong on some of the items. A simple phone call the following day allowed me to cancel the incorrect locks so that I could place a new order for the correct ones. I received the refund for the incorrect orders within 4 days. All the items that I received were quickly delivered, of the expected high quality and fitted with no problems. Thanks

Lost my master key to my safe and my request was looked after by Sean. Extremely helpful, all sorted and replacement key sent out on next day delivery. Sean could not have done any more, great customer service!
