After ordering, I had no contact from the company as I’d had with others, as a matter of fact I forgot I’d ordered it, when I remembered I went in my records to see when it was on its way and so I waited. It took awhile, but low and behold one morning my son came in with this huge box, and when I opened it, it was a huge and very well packed and very alive tree ( citrus) very green, well staked, soil in place, no spills and the deliver read the instructions that said this side up. Just when I was about to give up, it came in one big beautiful box, and I am very happy to receive it. If I should order again I hope to receive the same as it was before, thank you for a great product. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing all of this. It's wonderful to hear that once it arrived, the tree exceeded expectations, well staked, healthy, and packed with so much care. That said, we hear you on the lack of communication after ordering, and we'll make sure that feedback gets to the right team since you should never have to wonder where your order stands. Thank you for your patience, and we're so glad it ended with a big beautiful tree that made you happy.
