I would highly recommend Yasmeen Residential when looking for properties to rent. Mahmoud was very helpful and made the whole process much easier, which got rid of a lot of stress for me. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted and will definitely be giving him a call when I want to move again in the future! Thank you again.
The service I have received from Yasmeen Residential so far has been absolutely amazing, and I truly enjoy working with them. Being in the property industry myself, I understand how challenging the market can be, especially with all the big players in the field.
Mahmoud, the Director, is always incredibly responsive to my emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages. He responds promptly, even though his job often involves driving and taking people out on viewings. Throughout our interactions, he has been consistently polite, kind, and helpful.
Some of my clients were from overseas, and their queries came in during unsocial hours. Mahmoud not only helped to speed up the transaction but also addressed their concerns for us. Moreover, he translated all the details into a language my clients could understand, making the process simpler for them. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and will continue to use their services in the future.
To start, they have a great customer service team, very helpful and very professional. They went above and beyond to find me an apartment with the amenities that I wanted in a very short time.
Would definitely recommend them for short and long let’s, top notch agency!
