I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request of 300 USDT that I made on July 8, 2025, at 21:51 on Ybets.net casino.
As of today, more than 72 hours have passed and the withdrawal is still showing as "Processing" in my account. I have contacted the casino’s live chat several times, and I also sent an email. Each time, the support team simply apologized and stated that my request was forwarded to the finance department and that they would try to speed up the process. However, no clear timeframe was ever given, and the situation has not changed.
Previously, I made a smaller withdrawal which was processed quickly. But now, with this larger amount (300 USDT), it seems they are delaying it without providing any specific reason. I have been polite and patient throughout, but I am growing increasingly concerned about the legitimacy of this process.
At this point, I have no choice but to ask for assistance. I am requesting that the casino either process my withdrawal without further delay or provide a valid explanation supported by evidence for why this is taking so long.
I am attaching screenshots of the pending withdrawal and chat communication with support. I hope this issue can be resolved professionally and promptly.

Since early May 2025, I started playing on the platform ybets.net. During the time I played, I deposited a total amount of $14,747. On May 10, 2025, I submitted my first withdrawal request of $15,000, leaving a small amount on the account to continue playing. Support responded that the withdrawal would take from 15 minutes to 24 hours. The next day (May 11), the money had not arrived. I started writing to the support chat every day — each time I received the same templated response about a "temporary delay".
On May 12, I was informed that my account was "sent for verification to the provider", and that it may take up to 14 days. During these two weeks, I continued playing and tried to request partial withdrawals of $1000–$2000, but none of them were processed. After 14 days (by May 26), nothing had changed. In the support chat, they told me that due to a high number of requests, the verification may take up to 30 days. I decided to wait until June 10, but during that time, continuing to play, I lost $6000 and attempted to withdraw the remaining $8980.
On June 10, they finally enabled the withdrawal option, I submitted a request for $8980, but the next morning I saw that the request had been cancelled. The reason — now they require KYC verification. I sent all the necessary documents to the email address kyc ybets. Support assured me that the verification would be completed within 7 days. A week passed — nothing. Then they started telling me that "the KYC department is not working", "your request will be processed soon", and other excuses. Today is June 29, 2025, and there has been no progress with verification.

It gives the strong impression that the site is intentionally withholding players' funds, forcing them to continue losing money instead of fulfilling its obligations. I found many similar complaints from other users on forums about payout delays, being ignored, no KYC responses, etc.

Have you ever felt like you wee being taken advantage of by an online casino? This is my experience with this gaming site. I had been wanting to close my account, as I had made many large deposits on a daily basis, average of $200/day and winning very little.
